Good property within close walking distance of sites. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Bed was not the most comfortable but was good enough. Shower was very small but that comes with being in Europe.

The location is amazing, close to everything — Coliseum, Fontana Di Trevi and all shops. It even had a restaurant right outside next to it and you can eat at the garden which was amazing and the food is incredible. The only not good thing I would say is about the AC maybe next time it can be a bit colder, I felt changing the temperature didn’t work properly as it kept the room at same temperature. And maybe to have at least a small body lotion as well. Other than that it was amazing.

This hotel is on the first floor so it's easy to get in and out with luggages. Manager Carmen is always available and very nice. The entire place is very clean and smells great every day which is my #1 requirement. The rooms have private bathrooms that are newly renovated and very comfortable. Each room comes with an AC, a TV, and a safe. The location is absolutely excellent. It's across the street from Termini and within 20 walking minutes of most tourist attractions in addition to being surrounded by good restaurants and a supermarket. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who's looking for a clean, comfy, reliable, and affordable stay. There are only two things I didn't like: the lack of a mini fridge in the room and the mattress. It's kind of difficult to bring leftovers or keep cold water or snacks in the room, though my room didn't have direct sunlight so water bottles stayed as cool as they could. The mattress is really, unexpectedly firm, it took me 2-3 nights of getting used to. I wish there was a topper or a comforter available to make it a bit softer, but the good outweigh the bad.

Close to Termini station, on the first floor, room clean and nice. Carmen in the front desk is very nice and staff are friendly. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable. I can almost feel the spring and both of my hip bone area were hurting.

This Hotel is in the perfect location for walking all over the city. We walked to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Castel Sant’Angelo, and more! Carmen is an amazing host and was very helpful with checking in and cleaning services. We felt very safe at night as the room is behind three separate locked doors including the building, hotel service, and own room door. I highly recommend this hotel!

The could add at least a small fridge, they have the space for it, very important for keeping cold drinks at hand

Good location, easy access

Excellent value, spotless room, excellent location. Walked to the colosseum in 20 mins, and only 5 mins from the main train station. The host is so friendly. Internet was slow or flakey in the evenings, making it hard to work remotely sometimes, but it was fine for light browsing and Google/Apple Maps.

Location, room and cleanliness. Staff is very friendly and good. The room I got has no window, little stuffy. Room has very high ceiling and it is good.

Its a nice area close to restaurants. Close to termini station and bus station as well. The bed was super hard for me, i slept on the 3 pillows that was provided.

The location is great. Within walking distance of the train terminal. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. No laundry service. However, laundry mats are nearby.

Very caring staff who met my needs! Loved the location— it’s within walking distance of several must-see sights, and great access to the metro for everything else. Good restaurants nearby. Despite being a rather active neighborhood, it was quiet enough to enjoy a good rest each night (stayed here 6 nights). This is an older building that is shared among several small hotels, this being one of them. Bed was comfortable. Shower with hand-held nozzle was just what I needed. No major problems.

The location was very important to me. It was just two blocks from Termani Station. There were many restaurants to eat at nearby. The hotel is a short walk to several other churches and places of interest.
