There’s no double lock for the the door of room for safety. The receptionist at the later part of the day is hard to find, on our last night we wanted to borrow a weighing scale but he left early.

The location was great. The staff was friendly. There was two different places in the room that had disgusting blood stains. One on the top sheet of our bed, & one on the bathroom wall. We ended up having to clean both spots ourselves as the cleaning staff did not see, or bother to clean the two spots on either day of the room cleaning process. The water dispenser for tea and coffee was empty more than once during our stay. We could not tell staff because someone was only at the desk during certain hours. The room was quite dated, and ot had several spots on the wall where there was unpainted plaster spots and/or holes. No TV service other than Italian TV. There was a firsstick in the room if guests had streaming services of their own.

The friendly and responsive staff. Large enough room for the family. Perfect location. Functional facilities. Spacious common living room with coffee machine, drinks, and bread.

Hospitality was above excellent. Location as well! There was mold in the bathroom, mainly in the shower and it was also smelly in the bathroom due to the mold. Rest of the room was ok.

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, with everything nearby and within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy. The place was very clean and quiet, so it was perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. The staff were friendly, polite and always helpful. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. If I ever come back to Rome, I will definitely stay here again.

stayed at this hotel and experienced a few issues during my stay. However, what really stood out to me was the Customer Service. The team was very responsive, handled everything quickly, and made sure my concerns were taken seriously. Since good customer service is very important to me when I travel, I truly appreciated their effort. Despite the initial problems, overall my stay turned into a positive experience thanks to their support.

Hosts Mirco and the elderly gentleman at the reception were the best. There's also a possibility to make coffee and take a croissant in the lobby.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, coffee machine. It was really hard work to press the toilet button for us and for the other rooms. We could hear the neighbors pressing the button in the evening — they did it so hard that it was loud and annoying. It was also pretty cold in the room.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The bathroom was very small and a bit uncomfortable.

There was mold in the shower.

The location is excellent. The staff is super friendly. Bathroom is kind of old but it’s ok. The bed was so comfy, I loved it.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The location was really great as well. The room was small but it was comfortable. The twin bed provided was a bit uncomfortable but the king size bed provided was big enough to fit 3 so it was fine.

Loved the location: the Barberini was practically around the corner; Roma Termini was a 10 minute walk; Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps a mere 12-15 minutes. My room was generous in size and comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent given it was almost 100F outside. The hotel was quiet and the staff was wonderful, friendly and engaging. There was a refrigerator in the room which was great to store extra water. I’d stay again. Kind of minor, but the step up to the bathroom was a tad high and the shower could use a soap dish!

Bathroom unclean, advertised with laundry but learned it was offsite for additional fee (took it ourselves)

The lighting in the common room was quite dim so it wasn’t too inviting to sit there.
