The place is really amazing. Very clean and best location if you want stay around the city the host Ludovica she always make sure to give you the right information you need about the city. She always ask if she can help with anything. I had great experience during my stay Very satisfied with everything!!

Staff is so friendly and available at anytime,so welcoming! The property is centrally located among the historic main attractions of Rome,you can reach Fontana di Trevi,Spanish steps,Colosseum,Quirinale simply by walking!! It is also close to metro and bus stops! The room is very clean.

The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The property is close to the most important attractions in Rome (you can reach them by walking) and it is also close to the metro lines and bus stops.

Good location, walking distance to all the sites. The bathroom door handle and one window door handle fell off as soon as we tried to open them, the shower doors do not close completely, the only toiletries supplied were different random bottles with small amounts left in them (we’re guessing from previous guests), no dishwashing liquid provided, no coffee provided, the bathroom sink does not drain properly, the shower temperature changes from hot to freezing cold without touching the tap, and the check in instructions are very long and not clear.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. The hotel is right in the heart of the city and very easy commute to most of the popular attractions. Many nice restaurants and cafe etc. are near to the apartment. The host is highly responsive and the communications were clear and our queries were immediately addressed. The apartment has very nice and comfy beds. The kitchen was good with the required utensils and cutlery. I am very happy and satisfied with my decision to choose this place for our stay at Rome. The apartment is undoubtedly very good for stays and exploring the city. Nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately nothing. Before making a reservation, make sure to check the reviews on Google and TripAdvisor — there seems to be a serious issue. My experience with this property through Booking was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I completed check-in at around 1:00 PM, but later that same day, at approximately 8:00 PM, I was informed that I had to leave the accommodation without any valid explanation. This put me in a very difficult situation, forcing me to find alternative accommodation last minute, with additional cost and stress. To make matters worse, the host misled me by promising to cover the cost of my stay for the remaining nights, which never happened. We were left negotiating from around 8:00 PM and eventually had to leave the property at approximately 11:30 PM, late at night, without any real solution. She also deceived me by claiming she had arranged and paid for alternative accommodation. However, when I arrived at the new place, I was informed that nothing had been paid, leaving me once again in a difficult and stressful situation. The host’s behavior was highly unprofessional and there was no genuine effort to resolve the issue or assist me. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated on a platform like Booking, where guests expect safety, transparency, and reliability. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution.
