Comfortable and nice hotel, friendly and careful staff. The location is great 10 mins walk from Termini railway station and 15 mins to Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti. The room was clean, breakfast is pretty nice. All was great

Location was brilliant Room was great, modern, clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, tea and coffee making facility, lovely shower, (although the pressure wasn't enough for the rain head, but the smaller head worked fine), warm but with aircon too, slippers, fridge, safe and great view. Cleaned every day with new towels. Could leave luggage after check out. Great communication and easy instructions how to access out of hours. The room was on a noisy and very well lit street, however the double glazing was very good and if you closed the heavy curtains it was fine. Breakfast was ok.... But more of a "well it's something to start your day", the breakfast room wasn't great..... I wouldn't bother again. Right next door was a wonderful cafe serving great food and really reasonable... If breakfast isn't thrown in don't bother paying extra for it... Plenty of places to eat and drink right outside.

The location is ideal close to all the major attractions and you can walk to everything. Great restaurants close by. Room was a little small and nothing fancy.

Central position All ok

The location is good, It is placed on the third floor, has an Elevator, Beb is comfortable and big. Rooms with old windows, the terrible noise from the street sounds well in the room (especially at night). Rooms with no door to the bathroom, kind of a curtain instead. Breakfast is poor, no vegetables at all, coffee made and served by the reception guy (we've been told, only one cup per person, no refill, amazing!!!). One kind of sliced hard cheese, yogurt and eggs, there was a kind of salami and sweets... This is a very small hotel, is part of the third floor only (10 rooms), so the options are limited accordingly

Friendly staff and great location- close to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. Also a great view from the hotel room. Nothing it was great.

Great location, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast & service! Small rooms (typical for Rome) but perfect for what we needed - to explore Rome and rest our heads at the end of the day, and have breakfast before exploring again . We had our 9 month old baby with us and it worked!

Good location and view. Friendly staff. A little bit noisy from the street. Very simple breakfast.

The bed is very comfortable, and the location is fantastic. I wouldn’t quite call it a hotel. It’s a floor with around 10 rooms, and unfortunately, we ended up in the room right next to the reception. When we arrived, the bathroom sink had a water leak - when washing our hands, water spilled everywhere. This is hard to understand because it was clearly an existing issue, and they should have noticed it when cleaning the room. They did fix it quickly, to be fair, but it was still an unpleasant first impression. The worst part was definitely the noise. The windows are old wooden ones, and whether they’re open or closed makes absolutely no difference. There was a lot of noise, both day and night, making it difficult to get proper rest.

Ideal location, close to Termini station with several restaurants and a mini supermarket nearby. Very comfortable bed. Loved the old fashioned lift that took us up to the hotel location on the 3rd floor. Hotel was not well signposted so hard to find. Room was small but it didn't really matter. Only tiny rolls and bread for toast, not yummy fresh bread.
