Room is small

Great staff. Talked to a few people at the front desk and all of them were very nice. The cleaning lady (I never got her name) was so friendly. I found the property to be incredibly quiet during my week long stay and the AC made the Rome summer much more enjoyable. I loved the location to Termini. Shower was VERY small but I think that's just Italian size. There is an elevator but you it starts on the second-ish floor.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and greeted us warmly every day. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and having a swimming pool was a fantastic bonus!

Good location, decent room size, very friendly staff. Nice city view from the window. Only four pillows for three people. It would be better to provide two pillows.
-
Hotel reception was at 1st floor of the building and there was no lift to go there. Heavy luguage holder may struggle to get there.

Absolutely NOTHING We arrived at hotel and was moved to another hotel down the street. We were told its plumbing issues. But they were stammering on reasons to give us. We felt it was staged. No emails, No text alerts just moved us as I know they overbooked. No integrity here and stay clear from them. Not a very trustworthy hotel.

The hotel was selected for its convenience to Rome Termini as we were going on a cruise. Small but clean. Staff was friendly. Rooms are small but not unusual for a European hotel. We would book again. One better be fine with traffic and lots of people. But hey! It's Rome!

Location, location, location—for what we wanted. Though common now, I would prefer if they included breakfast in the price of the room, even if they added a few extra euros to the rate. Also, the fact that they offered only eggs hard boiled. Many places we stay at in Italy will have the breakfast server prepare soft-boiled eggs, at various degrees of doneness, on request. Not here. Also, a couple of things the staff can do nothing about: Steep stairs up to the hotel reception level of the hotel, and the pint-sized elevator. But the staff was very willing to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs.

The location was perfect to Rome’s Termini Train Station, great small restaurants all around the neighborhood. Could not have asked for a better location.

The location was very good and the staff were kind and welcoming. Ended up booking this hotel as we wanted a central place that had 24hr check in option so this was a positive side. In terms of facilities the bathroom was nice and seemed to be newly renovated. I wouldn’t say the hotel was bad, it just wasn’t quite worth the price we paid. Although the bathroom was nice I can’t say the same about the room itself, it was quite outdated, tacky and small. Might also be important for some, in order to get up the the reception you need to climb a flight of steps, there is an elevator up to the rooms afterwards though.

I liked the location, the fact that the air conditioning worked well, the breakfast was good value for $8 Euro per person. The staff was reasonably friendly The BEDDING WAS HORRIBLE!! The bed spread was actually terrible - it was ratty and didn't look like it was cleaned between guests!! Also the pillows were horrible!! As a result we didn't have the best sleeps here. I was stay again IF they updated the bed covers to a white duvet cover and laundered it between guests and updated the pillows!

Very nice location , near termini and beside the opera with a lot of restaurants.very clean , friendly staff. The stairs to the hotel as it is in the 1st floor but the staff carried our luggages when we arrived and when we were leaving .the breakfast was very limited.

Excellent location, very close to the main attractions and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Great atmosphere and very good value for Rome. We really enjoyed our 3 nights here and would definitely come back again.
-
Near Train and only 20 min walk to Coliseum. Only there for 1 night so it was fine. No breakfast included but there were two restaurants downstairs, but they were closed by 10pm. Very small room, but we only stayed one night so it was fine.
