The room was comfortable. There was drinks for us in our fridge. Also, in the kitchen area, there were snacks and drinks for the guests everyday. The AC was not enough

The location was great to visit all the attractions and it was only a 10 mins walk to Roma termini. The place was very clean and tidy and had a shared space to relax if needed. The host was very responsive and would definetely book again

Hotel location is super close to most of the sightseeing mostly 1 mile you reach most of the locations. Staff very kind and respectful Owner is so friendly and welcoming us

The property was exceptionally good. The room was very clean, spacious, well-lit, and beautifully maintained. The location was excellent and very convenient. Everything was neat and thoughtfully prepared. Although there was no face-to-face contact with the staff, the self check-in process was seamless and I felt genuinely at home. The complimentary coffee was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

They asked me sensitive information (i.e. a photo of my passport) via WhatsApp, before getting to the accommodation (they shouldn't do that, according to Booking.com policies). I explained them that for security reasons I couldn't send a photo to a WhatsApp number I didn't know, or to a personal email address or a professional one that didn't correspond to the accommodation. To try to solve the issue, I sent my personal details (the information required by the Italian police) via Booking.com chat, offering to send corresponding passport photo once I got to the accommodation. Despite asking repeatedly for the code key (I was travelling that same day and staying for one night only in Rome), they refused to send it without explanation whatsoever. At the very last minute that same evening, I had to book for another hotel in Rome (thank God I found one at a reasonable price).

Only the location. The rest was bad Internet doesnt work well, safety box was not working and luggage place could be access by any guest. Solutions given by the property administrator were not solutions. Stayed less than two hours and booked another hotel.

The location which is walking distance to Termini, restaurants are just steps away from it. Convienient store around the corner. Very quiet at night. I might missed the fine print but there 's no shampoo / conditioner
