The property is exactly what we needed for a two person stay in Rome. Basic, but all very clean and functional. The Monti location is a lovely neighbourhood and only a 15-20 minute walk to the famous monuments. The air conditioning and fan kept our room nice and cool in the August heat. Staff were highly attentive when we had an issue with our sink and were always friendly and kind. Highly recommend Hotel Dorica!

Convenient location & friendly staff Hotel is quite dated and doesn’t match the photos (maybe just our room) AC was very important for us booking in the peak of Summer, but it was just one small unit that was placed under the window sill so had poor air flow and didn’t get that cold.

The hotel is in a central location in Rome in Piazza Viminale. The rooms are cleaned every day and the staff is very friendly.

It was clean and central. Reception was very pleasant. No shower caddy so nowhere to put your shower gel and shampoo. Awful smell in the hallway. We asked for extra pillows but only got one then realised there was one in the wardrobe. I thought we paid a lot for it but we then realised there was a 80 year of Italy becoming a republic celebration.
