It would have been nice to have tea cup im the room , so that we could make ourselves some tea/ coffee seen that we spent more than one night, and only got two paper cups .

The location was great, plenty of food places and shops around. 15 min walk to nearest metro station. The staff were all so lovely, very accommodating, they arranged my transfer back to the airport and even provided me a to go breakfast bag. My little getaway was everything and more, thanks for making my stay so easy. The lighting in the room was a little dull.

The staff was very friendly, especially the guy to the reception, Daniele,he made me to feel very welcome and anything I was needed he was there to help me. They were cleaning the room every single day and the location was perfect.I highly recommend the hotel. The lights to the room could be brighter.

The room was clean and good, breakfast also had quite a wide selection. There were good pillows! The room was not in the main building, the door was very thin and poorly made, you could hear a lot of street noise. The air conditioner did not work, it was very cold in the evenings. The breakfast selection was not always tasty and the fruit had already started to spoil.
