hotel too small and boring

We liked that the shower was fully enclosed and the surprise breakfast (croissants) that were provided each morning of our stay. The bed was suitably comfortable as well. They did a good job sending a video of how to enter the building and access the hotel. There was an odor in our room after it rained in the courtyard outside. It was diminished once we got the air conditioning running.

Great Staff, cozy room, very clean, it was enough for our travel needs. It’s located in the center of Europe. Would recommend to friends! Bit noisy at times, but not too much.

It was near to tourist attractions area so we saved travel times and mostly are walking distance. Ms Barbara was so friendly and kind. She helped us a lot during our stay in hotel. Room is a bit small but it is ok and manageable.

The facility is clean and very comfy. The location is also excellent in getting to various tourist sites. The staff were super super friendly as well. I had a meeting and thought the time had been changed. I did not have a local sim card however the staff made the call for me and ensured I got feedback. I am not a fun of cigarette smoke. I didn't like the remnants of cigarette smoke in the corridor before going up the hotel stairs.

The location es perfect! Very near of the coliseum (walk) and the termini station (by bus or metro)

The staff was amazing! The location was perfect in my opinion. The room was small, but to be expected based on European rooms in general. So close to great little restaurants and public transport. The check-in process was super easy.

Barbara provided an outstanding customer service guided us thru main attractions and directions to metro, bus and restaurants. And yes Luzzy restaurant was great place for lunch. Very convenient location. Very well maintained. Outside noise in the morning comes in from the street.

Great location, Close to centre, near by shops and restaurants and cafés.. very friendly staff who always happy to help Bed quite uncomfortable (very firm - not unbearable), a little noisy in evenings due to being in an apartment complex but again not unbearable

The location is great, at the end of the street you can see the colosseum. Few shops and restaurants in the street. It's nice that there is an option to take a croissant or a chocolate pastry in the morning with some tea, coffee or chocolate milk. The host is very kind. The shower could have been better. The water pressure was very low.
