The host was excellent in providing check-in support and suggestions as well as arranging an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was quiet and location was close enough to restaurants. The room was small and fairly warm and the AC only worked when you were in the room. It took quite a while to cool down and never got cold. The lift wasn’t working so you have to carry your luggage up a few small flights of stairs.

The room was spacious, it’s in a VERY good location. I walked to the Colosseum, all the big sites, Trevi fountain. There are a lot of places to choose from to eat. Banks are on the same street too as well as small convenience stores

So close to the colosseum, literally a 4-5 minute walk. Beautiful coffee shops and restaurants on its doorstep. Felt very safe, and room is beautiful. Extra bonus is the little kitchen area where you can cook and have coffee every morning. Honestly couldn't fault the place and the host Flavio is very helpful

Flavio was extraordinary and helped every step of the way the apartment was sparkling and perfect for a stay away was secure clean and everything you need 3 minute walk to the colosseum and fantastic bars and restaurants along the way wouldn100% be going back and wouldn't stay anywhere else then here ? Nothing it was perfect

Everything was great. The check is was easy and clear. (You will get clear video instructions from Flavio) The room was clean (its the same as on the photos), the bed is comfy, due to its location its quiet. (You also get room cleaning every day) The location of the apartman is amazing everything is 10-15 min walk. (Colosseum 10 min, also a metro station 10-15 min) There are amazing traditional restaurants and caffe places nearby ( I would recommend Il Bocconcino and Trattoria Vecchia Roma but reserve a table 2-3 days ahead) And our host Flavio is also greT, he was easy to communicate with, helped with recommendations and he even booked a table fot us because they only spoke Italian. Just to sum it up, great room at a great place. I would deffinetely recommend and will come back when we are in Rome. Nothing

The owner was very kind and responsive, kept our bags before and after check in. The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. Perfect location near Colosseum.
