Convenient location, helpful staff, everything you need in the room, great air conditioning, love the rooftop restaurant Just a bit cramped but really no big deal

The rooms are very nice. Needs a pool.

We were gone both mornings to early to enjoy the breakfast. However the staff was very helpful and kind throughout the hotel. We used the front desk staff to help book taxi's and we definitely enjoyed the rooftop bar. Our room shower had a small leak in the shower door and we had issues not getting hot water in the shower. However the days were so hot that a cooler shower worked out just fine for our stay.

The only thing that was annoying was the water for the shower was cool to warm. Never hot.

Everything about this property was amazing. The location, the staff, the cleanliness and hospitality. This is where we will stay when in Rome again. We are especially thankful for all of the assistance Mohammed gave us and helping us coordinate our rental car. The service and kindness are unmatched. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this property. Everything was perfect loved everything.

The staff, breakfast, location and rooms were very good. The roof top bar was expensive.

Great location, beautiful rooftop, friendly staff. Our bathroom had a curtain instead of a door, which wasn’t very convenient when one of us wanted to shower in the morning without waking up the other.

Unique hotel located within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We enjoyed drinks and snacks on rooftop patio. Restaurant was closed during our stay.

No full blinds or shutters in the rooms also no sleeping mask provided. Breakfast is average.

Central location! It was walkable to every spot! And the complimentary breakfast included was so good and worth it The beds were so hard and uncomfortable my hip joints were hurting by the end of our stay. Also the pillows were so flat I had to fold them in half under my neck to get any support

this is a very well run hotel by an amazing lady the staff were very friendly we got an upgrade room to have a balcony the first time this has happened the roof top bar was amazing we arrived to a big birthday party on the rooftop, Both Barbara and Sabrina were outstanding and truly amazing to watch in action. they made us welcome and cleared a space for us to enjoy the night Eleonora at the front desk sorted out the problem with air-condition by showing us at reception how to turn on she was so helpful and communication about things there is nothing

wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, professional and always willing to help. Room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. breakfast included a great variety of fresh and delicious options and everything was presented well.

The location was very good Concierge was helpful It was not very clean, sinks weren’t clean after room was done

Pillows were hard so we just didnt use it .

The breakfast was decent. The rooms are awful! Small! Paid for balcony in both rooms and couldn’t use! Spiders everywhere! Was left a nasty rude note about leaving food out and we DID NOT! There is a fridge in room and they have nerve to leave rude notes that we take care of our property. Well no they do not. Tape holding down door jams, spiders and bird poop all over balcony, dirty laundry thrown in hallways while cleaning. Absolutely NOT worth the price!!
