It is located off, but near a busy street. There is no elevator so you need to take it into account.

The proximity to Roma Termini is a major advantage, both for arriving from the airport and for convenient onward travel during the rest of the trip. - We were not warmly welcomed upon arrival and were not properly introduced to the facilities. Since then, the host has been largely unavailable. Fortunately, a very friendly Brazilian staff member helped make the overall service experience better. * The breakfast offers a very limited selection of food. I particularly missed having fresh fruit available. * There are a number of homeless people in the surrounding area, which can create a feeling of insecurity, especially at certain times of the day.

Excellent location and hotel for quick trip! A couple blocks from the train station and within 20 mins walking distance from many major sites! Perfect stay for 2 full days with friendly helpful staff and a clean cozy stay. Very good value affordable and convenient with being accessible and supportive for days spent out in the city!

The location was great. Room was clean. Neighborhood was safe. Rooms are very tired. Feels like I was in my grandma’s house.

No elevators; no storage facility to keep the lugage

Size of rooms, age of building

We only had two days in Rome for our stay, a lot of activities planned, and did not spend a lot of time in our room. This location and room was authentic, simple, and very clean! It’s served our purpose very well. We left for excursions earlier than breakfast. Breakfast was served 730 to 930 each morning, we were gone for our day by 7:00 am. I wish breakfast was earlier, have seen reviews that it was good. Perfect location from Termini for non-car travelers.

Convenient location close to termini Easy Check In, very practical to get to the train station, cafés and restaurants The facilities were clean, and the personnel cordial and respectful. I would come back next time in Rome.

The breakfast lady was sooo nice -- I loved her. I'm vegan and they served me salad and random food . they did not have to do that!! No bad vibes in this hotel at all Cheap - around $70 a night and 6 minute walk from Rome termini the central station. All was fine for a small train station hotel

The hotel's location is ideal for catching an early flight from Fiumicino Airport, as Termini Station can be reached in five minutes on foot. The hotel also has an additional entrance that guests can use, which is ideal if you want to go out at night or simply wish to avoid interaction (perfect for introverts). The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful. As you would expect near a city's main station, the area can get quite noisy in the evening.

The Hotel and room were quite charming. The room was small but perfectly adequate. It was clean and maintained well while we were there. Breakfast was European (croissant and coffee) but perfectly adequate. Very close to Roma Termini, so very easy to get around. The property has no elevator so I requested a ground or 1st floor room, which they provided and they carried our bags to room for us. Reception is not 24/7 so leaving extremely early in morning was a little challenging.
