The location and amenities of the hotel were amazing. All staff were very friendly. I booked a train transfer on our arrival and airport transfers for my husband and I when we arrived, we left on different days. We were told to follow the booking comme to on of we would pay the driver in cash or if I would pay at checkout and each transfer would be 60€. The booking message said for him to pay the driver 60€ in cash, so he did. I also paid the train transfer in cash. When I checked out reception wanted 180€ for the transfers. I showed them the booking messages but the receptionist didnt seem to believe them and "gave me a deal" so that I paid 105. Im not sure what I paid for because it should have only been 60€ for my transfer. I had a plane to catch so I couldn't keep arguing, it felt like I wasted 10 minutes just getting to the discount. I also kept the do not disturb sign on my door, but one night came back to a letter about arranging airport transfers and a couple little chocolate cakes. Ive only been at 1 other hotel that did not respect a do not disturb sign. The information was unnecessary because I had already booked airport transfers and I didnt eat the cake.....I would suggest respecting customers preferences and privacy. The beds are also FIRM, like sleeping on the floor. I woke up incredibly sore and stiff every morning. We also booked a room with the tub. We didnt realize this met there was not a shower and the tub and hose was the only bathing option. The tub is nice, but takes a long time to fill and the drain stopper is weak so it drains fast.

Their breakfast starts late at 0730 but nonetheless unlimited with a lot choices if you get the chance to eat in their restaurant. But If you have to leave early, they give you a pack breakfast which is a sweet gesture. The only caveat is they pack the same breakfast everyday (small ham and cheese sandwich, yogurt, slice of carrot cake and a bottled water). Location wise; excellent coz it’s in the center of everything and along Via Del Corso but it’s noisy coz the either walls are thin or the windows are single pane. The pack breakfast should come with choices as well and not the same food everyday. We stayed 5 days and out of 5 days, we had 4 days of the same pack breakfast. The rooms are noisy because of the location.

The property location was amazing. Trevi fountain just 5mins walk, Pantheon also 5 mins. Great restaurants nearby for many food options. Spa is great for couples. You get the whole place for yourself. Staff were amazing and did a lot for our anniversary. Really appreciate them. Get your own clothes steamer or iron. That was a real throw off for me specifically when I am paying luxury rates, I do not want to walk down multi floors to iron my clothes. Also it was not even available all the time. I would have rated them Exceptional if this was not an issue.

Hotel Caravita was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality. I especially loved the sunny rooftop terrace—an incredibly peaceful oasis in the middle of Rome. The location is perfect, with all major sights just a short walk away. The restaurant and bar offer delicious food and drinks, and the rooms are stylish, cozy, and impeccably clean. A truly great hotel that I would gladly return to!

IT SAID IT WAS 5 STAR HOTEL IT DEFINITELY WASN’T. WHY LIE TO PEOPLE? That it wasnt what it said it was. It was a decent 3-4 star hotel.
-
We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. The location was fabulous & a walking distance to most places. The staff were all very courteous & welcoming. Room is a decent size. I appreciated that there was bidet/hose in the bathroom. The plumbing in the bathroom was a bit iffy. The toilet kept leaking all over the floor & the shower spat up sewage water, which was disgusting. It was a comfortable stay, but the hotel is not worthy of 5 stars. Most furnishings seem to be from Temu/Shein.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds. Noise at night. Would be great if the windows were tight to minimize noise from street.
-
Everything was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely attentive and caring, always ready to help. The room was beautiful, very clean, and spacious, which made our stay especially comfortable. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything, but especially the one-time complimentary spa usage and the staff was very professional. The restaurant is very tasty and the complimentary breakfast each morning was something to look forward to. I’d recommend to this hotel to anyone staying in Rome
