location to station, friendly professional service, adequate space for one bedroom, great air conditioning. Small shower- but typical of Italian one bed apartments.

The staff was so nice. They spoke perfect English, and went the extra mile. They provide a lot of information about the city as well. They even upgraded me to a different room, because I was by myself and my original room had two separate beds. The location is perfect as well, if you have a quick stay in Rome and want to be close to the train to the airport. Highly recommend I am a tall, so the bed was a bit short for me, but by laying down diagonally, that problem was solved

The air conditioning in the room worked very well, the location of the hotel was great, the coffee and water machines in the office were wonderful, the staff was very kind and helpful, and I appreciated the coupon for coffee and a croissant at the cafe down the street The bed was very very hard, and the shower was so small it was difficult to get in through the door opening!

The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. The location was close to Train Station and walkable to most attractions. Room service was done everyday and family was happy with stay. Nothing that I did not like about the property for the price and location.

Friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. Great location from Roma Termini.

Initial 8 to 10 steps to elevator.

Staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good about them. Room was small even by European standards. Location was near Rome Termini station. Trucks started delivering to the station around 5am.

The location is perfect. We got changed to the other building and it was super quiet, clean, and spacious. It is super close to the metro station and Roma termini. At night, the neighbourhood can feel a bit unsafe for women.

The proximity of the hotel to the train station is everything we hoped for. This made it possible for us to reach so man

The room was very comfortable and the staff was great. The breakfast had very good options and the view was spectacular. The location is great for all points of interest, and they are walking distance. There was a high level of noise from the street late into the night. Inside the building hallways was noisy from other customers, even so there are signs to keep the noise down, which I think is great. I know it is hard to control customers' behavior, but maybe a gently reminder at registration desk would help, since there are no carpets on the hallways to absorb the sound. Some alarm went off at 1:00 AM or 2:00AM which made the night even more challenging.

The area around Termini is not "pretty", but the hotel is on the safer side of Termini station and the immediate area never felt unsafe.

The location was great right across from the main train station. The staff were super helpful. As the hotel lobby is on the second floor and I had a large suitcase, the sent someone down to help me get my bag up to the landing with the elevator. The room faced a quiet inner courtyard in the main building which was nice. Like many hotel rooms in Rome, the plumbing pipes are not vented properly. You can small sewer gas in the bathroom. I kept the bathroom door closed during the night but in the morning when I opened the door the smell was very strong.

The hotel is near the train station and metro trains. It’s just a walking distance. From the hotel to the train station is just 1-2 minutes walk. The reception staff is accommodating and welcoming too!

The annex units are brand new, large bedrooms with equally large bathrooms; great shower! The annex units are part of a separate building requiring four keys to access (main door, stair door, floor door and room). We did not have an issue but I think single female travellers would not feel safe.

İts very clean and secure hotel employes are the best ?

The staff welcomed us with a big smile and offered complimentary coffee, tea, and water, which was a very thoughtful touch during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. After check-out, they kindly stored our luggage for us, for free, which was very convenient and appreciated. The only downside is that the bathroom and the elevator are quite old and could use some renovation.
