Very close to Termini station. Room was ok but Is very tired looking, especially lobby. Very basic no frills hotel. Small bathroom, shower curtain did not reach floor to prevent water over floor. No coffee in room, not even in lobby but restaurants are close. price was reasonable for location and city I suppose.

It was super close to the metro, bus stop making it easy to travel inside the city. one of the staff was rude but the other staff that checked me in was super nice and helpful

The property looks like it was recently renovated and they are very decent. The shower area was very small and only had a curtain separating it from the toilet and the rest of the bathroom. The curtain kept touching you while showering, which was unpleasant because it looked like it had not been changed in a long time. It looked dirty and even had mold on it.

Location is excellent, right next to the Termini metro station. The shuttle buses from two airports stop at Termini, so it was very convenient. The shower

Showe was small

Thankfully they let me choose the room. The basic single was bad. Hae to be buzzed in. No heat. People arr8v3d after midnight ev3ry night. Loud.
-
The room seemed a bit run down. The toilet flush also wasn’t working during our entire say, and when we reported it to the lobby they just said it was because the plumbing system was old and they did nothing. They also refused to accept card payment for the city tax

The personnel were very nice and friendly. Clean room. There was everything needed for a short term stay.
-
Loved how close the hotel is to the station. Lots of restaurant options around. The bathroom was so congested. The shower area was so small and the lack of a glass box around it made the whole washroom wet.

Very good location near Roma termini around 600m The room is comfy

24 hour front desk. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and kind. There was no way you could take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom floor, because the tiny shower area was not sealed at all to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. We hit our legs hard against the hard wooden? bed frames which were a lot bigger than the mattress. I understand the effort to make a hotel out of the existing old building, but the owner needs to update the bathroom with a functioning shower stall and less dangerous beds, instead of installing a TV monitor in such a tiny room.

Location fridge in room Room was very small. Not enough room to get around two beds. The woman was nice but ine guy gave my sister a hard time about sitting in the lobby

The staff was amazing assisting with mapping itineraries and overall pleasant demeanor.

Location was great Terrible wifi and cell service. A staff member was rude. The door was locked after midnight with no explanation of how to open the door. Buzzing through the intercom took at least 4 attempts until the host reluctantly opened the door and berated me for I'm guessing my ignorance. Just chill man, chill. The host in the morning was warm and very welcoming, though.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. We have been to Rome many many times and never stayed near the terminal. After this trip this will be a place to stay when in Rome for 2-4 days.
