Very bad room, nothing as the photo. The water from the tap and shower is white. When the toilet is filled with water, it drips onto you from the tank above.

I only liked the location. Nothing else. I didn't like the cleanliness, the service, or the overall experience. Only the location was good.

For solo travelling, it was perfect for me. Bed was comfy with a quiet AC (very much needed during the high temp Rome was having). Lots of bars and cafes within a min walking distance for breakfast etc. Surprisingly enough, for being a stone's throw away from Termini Station there wasn't much noise late at night, so I could have a decent sleep.

The room was quite big and very comfortable. The cupboard was spacious and had a large mirror, which was really useful. I also appreciated that the room had a proper air conditioner. It made a big difference during the night, and I was able to sleep well after spending the whole day outside in the heatwave. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom and sink. On the very first day, the shower drain was completely blocked, so the water would not drain at all. The sink was also blocked from the first use, making it almost unusable. A clean and fully functioning bathroom is one of the most basic and important things we look for when booking a hotel. Unfortunately, we had to spend our entire 2–3 day stay with dirty, standing water in both the shower and the sink. We reported the problem to the staff, but they told us that because it was the weekend, they could not get a plumber. However, we were not offered another room, and our messages were left unanswered. It was very disappointing that we had to stay with an unusable bathroom for the entire visit. After our stay, I also contacted the hotel to request some form of compensation for the inconvenience, but I never received a reply to that message either. The lack of communication and customer service was just as disappointing as the maintenance issue itself.
