The location to the train/bus station One day the hotel didn’t give us toilet paper Did not like the fact that we had to left the keys in the front desk every time we went out (you never know)

shower, saop shampoo

The beds were not comfortable. The TV had a crack on the the right side which prevented us from watching the news.

Location, cleanliness of the room, the bright light that was able to come through the windows and how kind the staff was to us. The breakfast that was provided only consisted of sugary items. There was nothing fresh, no protein and little nutritional value on all parts of the menu.

the breakfast is good and location is accessible

Rude staff. Dirty. Unsafe location

They let us check in early It was difficult to find the room, it didn’t feel very clean and comfortable, the shower was difficult to work, the bathroom window was broken off its hinges, and I was overall not a place I’d stay again.

Location was great, right by the train station. Walking distance to many things. The fully accessible room was a little tight and shower was not good for someone in a wheelchair as they had no shower chair available.
-
The room didn't have any glasses, the comforter didn't smell fresh, it seemed like it had been used.

Location close to the train station Termini✅ The heater not working I can’t find the control and no TV available ?

Location Room was plain

Extremely clean, perfect location, friendly staff. All was good. We weren’t too thrilled with the noise coming from the street, but the hotel has no control over that.

Location AC didn’t work, couldn’t sleep

The pilows could have been a bit better. They were to thin.

Nothing. There were bed bugs crawling over the wall. Found them nesting with eggs near a picture attached to the wall. Hotel management did not offer a different room. They said we had brought the bedbugs, which was ridiculous since there were dozens crawling from a picture on the wall, along with their eggs and shed skins. Left due to the room being inhabitable and did not stay the night. The management said, and I quote, "There is nothing we can do to help you. This is your fault." It was really an extraordinarily bad experience. I included some bedbug photos. As you can see from the pictures, they really are bedbugs, and it really is this hotel. The sort of fresco thing on the wall can be seen in the hotel's own photos of their rooms. Aside from the bedbugs, the room was very small and crowded. The beds have thin (4inch/10cm) spring mattresses and are very uncomfortable. They are more like camp beds than hotel beds. The hotel elevator can only hold two people at once. The air conditioning was not working and they insisted it was working. There was nothing to recommend this hotel.

Not recommended for long stay. The good thing they’re closer to all the trains station, grocery, pharmacy etc Bed is closed to each other that you bumped your knees and the blanket is too thin
