Hostel Beautiful

It's very noisy at night. The noise was coming from outside, like garbage collection vehicle at work or construction. It was very difficult to sleep

I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel. The air conditioner in my room was constantly dripping, and I couldn't sleep because of the continuous dripping noise throughout the night. The room doors closed very loudly, so I kept waking up whenever people were coming and going. In the morning, the receptionist was playing loud music at the front desk, making it impossible to get any proper rest. Late at night, a staff member left a cleaning cart in front of the building entrance while taking laundry for cleaning. It completely blocked the entrance, forcing me to squeeze through a very narrow gap. As I tried to pass, my T-shirt got caught and was torn. The overall service was very poor. The only positive things were the excellent location and the Hungarian receptionist, who was very kind and helpful. Another unpleasant surprise was being asked to pay an additional €7 tax at check-in. This should be communicated clearly in advance and not come as an unexpected extra charge. I would not recommend this hostel!

No ac

Hotel staff at the reception was great and welcoming. Location is ok if you need something near Roma Termini, but the neighborhood is not the best The place is not very welcoming. Be aware there is no AC, which can be a problem during summer time. Good if you need to save money, but I wouldn’t stay longer than 1 night.

Location is perfect. Easy check in. You have to have your own towel, shower stuff, hairdryer and lock.

I like the location, right next to the shuttle to and from airport. They checked me in one hour earlier what was super nice. Good internet. It was great for my 12 hours stay prior the flight. I would suggest to them to have bigger and brighter sign that is easy to notice from Via Marsala.

I love staying in Hostel Beautiful. The linens are clean and white. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. Definitely I will book again here with my future travel plans back to Rome.

The location and the stuff. The kitchen and the poor equipments. No curtains for privacy.

Staff is amazing! bed wasn't comfy enough, i felt like it could break under my weight anytime.

Toilet smells and the place was noot that clean.

Good location and secured, with a lot of personal spaces and lockers that I could use my locker for extra protection of my belongings. The bathroom had som issues with lack of hot water and clogged sinky. The walls were also very thin, so I could listen to people in other room, even later at night.

I love thier place near in the train and bus station all restaurants and shopping store are also in every corner. Very accessible

The lock on my room was very difficult to use, prompting many people in the dorm room to leave it unlocked; I felt unsafe. The bathroom was not cleaned each day.
