Location Service

The location was THE BEST! Bus stop just outside the hotel. Largo di Torre Argentina ruins (where Julius Caesar was assassinated) half block away! Walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps… Hotel staff were amazing! So friendly & helpful - several times we would end up in interesting conversation with them. The last day they held our luggage until 8:30 pm for free. Room was great and there is a roof top patio! And…buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. …that we had to leave.

The location is central, clean, and safe. Room was on the small side

Location and helpful front desk

Location, location, location. the hotel is 5 minutes away from the pantheon, 10 from trevi and testevere and the bust stops literally at the door of the hotel if you wanna venture deeper into rome. The room is spacious and the beds were comfortable The hotel is in desperate need of renovation, everything is literally falling apart, Anything you touch is loose and uneven. We were literally praying every time we open and close the closet that it wont come apart. also the bathtub is super high, you really have to climb to get inside

Great location, boutique feel and clean The scent of vinegar in cleaning supplies and laundry, but everything was clean
-
Excellent staff, super-clean room, modern, well-lit bathroom, comfortable bed, convenient location. Wifi worked very well. Air conditioning also worked very well. Great value. Rooms are small but well-designed, with not much room for luggage. This is to be expected in Europe. Hall noise easily made its way into the room.

Great staff Wish the room was a little bigger!

The hotel is right at a bus stop which makes the front door always crowded, but once you get over that (and it's quite convenient for catching the bus!) the hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes from the Pantheon, Piazza Navona & Campo di Fiori. Caught the bus to the Vatican, Colloseum and Termini. We had the unicorn of rooms - it was huge with a patio! Delightful. Breakfast was good The hotel itself is a little 'meh' - nothing special, but really worked for our Rome stay.

Excellent staff; great breakfast; warm reception; requested a back room and received it; was very quiet The beds were close to each other for two unrelated people but this was as a result of the size of the room so they can't help it;

Location was perfect. Bus stop right outside the front door. Easy walk to many of Rome’s must see locations. Even a rooftop patio!
-
Location and friendly staff Rooms are a little warm, even with the A/C at its lowest setting
-
This is a minor point, but as others mentioned the rooms are small even by European standards (or at least compared to others places I've stayed). That being said, I doubt you're in Rome to stay in your room all day. It was perfectly comfortable for my wife and I.

Everything was good

The location of this hotel could not be better - right in the center and easy walking distance to everything. Only a couple blocks to the Pantheon, Campo de'Fiori and Piazza Navona. Lovely staff and very good breakfast.

uaint Hotel in Bustling Rome Easy to find, wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby, classic style, big room, windows blocked out all the noise of outside! We loved being able to pop into room during the day to rest and relax for breaks during sightseeing. Especially during the heatwave! Rooftop terrace was nice also. Bed was comfortable, we had a nice 3 nights here. Maybe more soundproofing between rooms, sometimes could hear neighbors. Need more cushions on rooftop terrace
