Argentina Residenza Style Hotel

Excellent location, walkable to the pantheon and many top-notch restaurants; friendly staff; clean Room is very small, particularly the bathroom; facilities look dated; pillows are not comfortable; AC blows straight at the head area so we had to sleep backwards the whole time; average breakfast

While hotel website says there is an elevator you have to walk up a flight of steps first to get to it. Not very transparent sharing that information and difficult for someone who has trouble with steps.

Great air conditioning

The view from our room was nice. The woman at your front desk (blood red hair) was not friendly nor accommodating she should really not be in customer service. She spoke too quickly and wouldn’t answer any inquiries I had regarding our room or provide our room number. The location around the block and having to walk up steps to an elevator was not a welcome feature which I was not aware when booking the room. We had 4 other rooms booked for my family in your hotel.

Great location. Clean, good sized room. The hotel stored our 5 bags for us after checkout while we did one final tour. Unfortunately, when we headed to the airport, we were only given 4 of our bags. We should have checked ourselves, but I wish all bags had been pulled from the closet by the front desk. It cost me 180 Euro to have my bag shipped to me.

The breakfast togo. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast hours so they gave us a breakfast to go which was very poor.

The room and hotel were beautiful. Honestly I wish I was staying longer. Definitely would use this hotel again when traveling to Rome. Nothing

Cleanliness and staff

We had a cleaning issue with a room when we arrived, but the staff replied promptly and offered us a free breakfast as a sign of courtesy. There are two buildings and you might be located on the annex - there is nothing bad about it, but it's not as charming as the main one.

Breakfast nice, great location, nice staff. Comfortable bed. Room adjacent to dining room, so staff noisy at 6am especially considering the open hole in ceiling w no insulation. Room also noisy from alley just below and busy street nearby. Small refrigerator light would not turn off, so an unwelcome nite lite. Scrolling lite bulb colors in shower.

The location and staff were amazing. The room was also very comfortable and well maintained. We will be back. One light was not working properly in the bathroom yet it was not a huge deal… There was plenty of other lighting

Our room was lovely. It was on the 3rd floor. It was quiet and clean. It had everything we needed. This hotel is in a nice central location. The breakfast we thought was pricey, so we did not choose to have breakfast at the hotel.

The staff were very nice, the room was good and the location is perfect. It's close enough to walk to everything but the Vatican. The shower flooded, was supposed to be fixed but flooded again. But was fixed after that.

The room was spacious and gorgeous, as the hotel itself. It has modern amenities and decorations mixed with ancient roman highlights. Just going out through the main gate was such a breath of fresh air, with the Largo Argentina right in front of us. Nearby bus stops that take you anywhere in Roma real fast, amazing pizza and pasta restaurants, as well as gelato shops, and the Jewish neighborhood that has the best bakeries in town. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times and our room was serviced perfectly whenever we needed it.
