Proximity to central Rome - good bed, good shower. No lift access - 4 flights of stairs. This information should be available for customers who are elderly or disabled. It could be a problem.

The location is excellent , you are walking distance from everything you’d like to see and experience in Rome. The hosts and staff were very kind and so helpful when it came to finding out where to go and when to go! The walls are very thin , so you can hear everything all the time. We didn’t sleep too well because of that.

Modern and clean apartment in a central location with breakfast included. Walkable distance to all main tourist attractions. Michele, who checked us in, was very friendly and super responsive throughout our stay with any questions that we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The shower was a bit of a tight squeeze, but other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful, clean room with a convenient common room for making tea, coffee and cooking. We were met by an amazing host who recommended local cafes and places to visit. The code system for entering is easy and convenient. The location is great, 5 min from the pantheon, 20 min walk to the Colosseum, close to bus stops.

For me personally, the biggest advantage was the location, as everything was very close by. Secondly, the room was quite clean. We stayed for five nights, and our towels were changed on the third day. And last but not least, Matteo, the guy who welcomed us was very helpful as he gave us some important information about our stay in Rome. Thank you Matteo The only disadvantage was that the soundproofing was not very good. Since the rooms were close to each other, we could hear people coming in and out quite clearly. However, I don’t think this is something that would significantly affect the overall stay

The hosts were excellent at check-in, helping carry our bags up the stairs and organising a seamless airport shuttle. Breakfast at the local café was included and was also great, with wonderful staff and service. The only downside was that there were quite a few flights of stairs to reach the property.
