The hotel is perfectly located. We could walk anywhere within 15 minutes, most places were less than 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful. The room decor was mininimalist, but very cool. Our room had a glass ceiling with a centuries old fresco visibile behind it. Waking up or falling asleep looking at it was really special. It was crazy hot in Rome, but the room had great air conditoning.

Location was great, could walk 30 minutes to major sites. Great restaurants and cafe right near location. Room was very nice and clean.

The hotel was perfect. Clean, centrally located and the staff was incredible. Adrienne went above and beyond with communication and answered every need. The family apartment was perfect for Our family of 4. Two separate rooms and two bathrooms were amazing. Nothing. Everything was exactly what we needed

Our room was a bit small with dead clearance issues for taller guests. We weren't in the room very often so it wasn't a huge deal.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Bad was not up against the wall making it difficult to read in bed.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The building is beautiful and serene. Our room felt like a sanctuary away from the bustle of Rome. The shower was amazing and I felt like I was in a spa. The staff were super responsive and helped us to make restaurant bookings. Everything was great.

Location and style. Very helpful staff.

  • Engine customer May 2026

The staff all the receptionist where very kind and nice specially the one who recieves us in the check in that i don’t remember her name and also fazima that was that help us with the check out. Rooms are nice in decorations and style. First they ask us for a change of room and they have us a smaller one. Second but we didn’t like the bathroom of the room to small and gets all wet and the floor gets flooded, so the rooms gets a musty smell.

Well, the hotel itself is stunning. It’s just a shame that modern-day hotels try to get the maximum capacity out of their space. Because of that, the rooms are tiny and quickly become outdated. I understand that, as a business, one might want to make the most of the available space, but the way they’ve done it here is by creating very small rooms. Unfortunately, the technology isn’t up-to-date. The curtains were falling off the rails, the showers had a lot of limescale, and the corners had yellowish stains. The mattresses were completely worn in, so you would sink into the middle of the bed — and on top of that, the beds themselves were quite small. It was also a bit off-putting that guests were given plastic cups to drink from in the lobby, which didn’t really fit the otherwise beautiful surroundings. On a positive note, the staff was very sweet. I’ve also noticed that I’m terrible at booking hotels and somehow always end up deceived by the photos — but in this case, the price simply didn’t match the actual condition of the rooms. I don’t know; I just think less is sometimes more. In its current state, the hotel would need to renew the bathrooms, mattresses, and technology every five years or so. I’m not a hotel expert, but the current approach seems unsustainable, which is a shame because the Palazzo is so beautiful. Well, the hotel itself is stunning. I absolutely love this hotel. My wife and I have stayed here four times. Never disappoints, location is excellent. The hotel is a historical building with restored fresco’s. Your steps away from the Roman ghetto, the Fontana de Trevi and the Patheon. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. I would definitely recommend it. Not to mention, the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive!!!

The hotel was in an excellent location walking distance from most city centre attractions. The room was a great size with a very nice shower area. Staff were on hand at all times and were always helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the city.
