The AC unit was old and was very confusing to use.

Great location you can literally walk to all the great places in Rome if not it’s a short taxi ride Getting up and down the tight stairs could be an issue for some

The hotel was close to a lot of things. The rooms are very small. It was tight in the bathroom too.

I liked the location of the room as it wasn't too far from the local metro stop and also very close to the Colosseum. I think the hosts are very nice staff. They were very accommodating and helped us figure out our questions on top of their 24-hour availability. The room was cleaned each time we came back from the day. Lots of nice food options nearby as well. I could trust overall the place was clean Only have one soap/shampoo mix option. Elevator is small and finicky. Towels smell slightly unpleasant - like a very strong vinegar sterile smell.

Friendly and professional personnel Nothing

Almost everything was great regarding the hotel (location and staff) and the room by itself … Just a smell coming from the bathroom. Without it, it would have been perfect !

Location was great, the room was a little bit old fashion maybe an update would be great. Staff was really friendly but he breakfast was not that good.. I would recommend paying attention to the breakfast. Food was not good and facilities seemed a little old.. but it was super clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel staff is nice and efficient, the location is great, the rooms are very clean. The rooms we were given were in a building adjacent to the hotel with a separate entrance and very uncomfortable stairs. It is worth making sure when booking that the rooms you have booked will be in the hotel.

The property had very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are very small. There was barely enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom is pretty tight too.

Great location in Monti. Easy to get to most things within a 20 minute walk or a taxi. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a triple room which was perfect . So many good restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk we never had a bad meal. There were no issues for the property . It’s as advertised good value for what you are looking for .

Excellent location. Our room was ready earlier than expected! Desk staff was always helpful and professional! Great dinner recommendations and had a taxi waiting for us to go to the airport! One metro stop from Termini. Didn’t realize until after I booked that it was featured in the October 2025 edition of the Fromes Rome, Florence and Venice book. Nothing! Any questions/concerns were quickly answered!

The location is excellent for proximity to the Colosseum and Forum but the area is quite loud due to the bars right across the street. Not a big issue but something to be aware of.

The location was excellent. The size and variety of rooms offered was perfect for our group, and we appreciated the roomy bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, great variety of hot and cold foods and delicious cappuccino. The staff was very warm and helpful. I would have appreciated the bottled water in our mini fridge being restocked each day
