Very friendly staff and great location. Near a small store to get fruit or cold drinks. Easy walk to subway. Lots of restaurants and gelato nearby. We asked twice to help because our fridge wasn’t working. We stayed 3 nights and it never was fixed. Would have been nice to have cold water or a way to keep our food chilled.

The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood. Based on the amenities and overall condition of the property, I wouldn't really consider this a hotel. It's very small and needs an upgrade. Our stay turned out to be quite an interesting experience. First of all, the staff was very difficult to reach by email. Apparently, guests are required to provide arrival information before check-in, but unlike the friends I travel with, I never received any email requesting it. As a result, I never received any check-in instructions. Fortunately, our friends received their check-in email, which included an access code to enter the building. Since I never got that email and the front desk closes at 2:00 p.m., there was no staff on site when we arrived. I contacted Booking.com for assistance, but their response didn't arrive until the following day. Luckily, the hotel's phone number was included in my friend's check-in email. After calling, we were able to confirm our room number, and we found that the room door was unlocked with the key left on the desk inside. Secondly, after we had already settled into the room, I received an email from Booking.com stating that the hotel could no longer accommodate us, though no clear reason was provided by the property. Since we were already in the room, I chose to ignore the message. On the day we checked out, we finally met one of the staff members. He was friendly and explained that the property had recently been sold to new owners. That may explain the communication issues and the lack of on-site staff after 2:00 p.m. Overall, while everything worked out in the end, the check-in process was confusing and stressful, and better communication would have made the experience much smoother.

Good value! Needed a place for my family to stay for one night and this hotel was perfect Small room with small shower but we just needed somewhere to sleep for the night.

The breakfast was good & had all the typical continental items plus meats & cheese. Very lovely location & perfectly set in the business section of Rome. Unique elevator and marble entry.

nothing Less than 48 hours before my flight, the host texted me on WhatsApp claiming a 'burst pipe' and asked ME to cancel the reservation. When I refused, they offered to move me to other apartments unofficially, outside of Booking.com. This is a classic overbooking scam to avoid cancellation penalties. Thanks to Booking Support, the host was forced to cancel officially. Do not book here if you don't want your vacation ruined at the last minute!

Great place and great position.

room was bigger than expected and the staff was very friendly and helpful shower was not strong enough especially for hot water
-
The receptionist when we arrive was so nasty with one guest and in general very unfriendly.

The location is excellent and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are very bad, for example the bathroom didn't have hot water so had to shower with cold water in winter.

Close to the train station and comfortable. It’s not a luxury place but it’s nice and functional. Had no trouble finding it or getting in after hours. The lady at the desk was nice. The breakfast was good The walls were thin but it wasn’t noisy

Good enough Needs more maintenance in the room.

It was clean, good location and good breakfast They rented me a room that had a shower door missing. After complaining for a while they moved me to another room

room clean location perfect

The staff was so friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable, could also provide a blanket. It was hard to get transportation due to heavy traffic in the area but this is not the properties fault.
-
The bathroom fixtures were broken, the shower head was very slow and mostly cold and the breakfast wasn’t great.

The man who checked us in was friendly and humorous. He gave us lots of great information about where to go and what to do. The room was good and the breakfast was simple but fine. A little further out but still a good, walkable location. Once we went in the front door we didn’t know where to go. I wasn’t made aware the “hotel” part of the building was on the fourth floor. Luckily there was someone walking through that knew. The toilet was tucked beside and facing the sink. It was a bit of an awkward squeeze to sit on it! There was no one around for check out and I don’t know how to summon someone so we just left the key on the desk as we were in a hurry.
