A lot of things broken, ac didn’t work toilet had issues, really strong perfume odour in the room.

Although fine for us, the room was on the fifth floor, which some might find challenging. The hotel staff did carry our luggage up there for us. This was the highest room and came with a balcony, which was great.

Strong smell of smoke and the bathroom shower was broken. The area felt unsafe due to many groups of men hanging around the streets.

I mean, it was really very dirty + in my room the window was only in the bathroom. I suggest to find a better place

There were ants in the room, they got tonthe fridge that infested our food. The shower leaks into the main room. The check in time is not correct. It says 11:00 am, then we were allowed to check in at 10:00 am, but when we made it to the place - we were told we should check in at 16:30. We payed the city tax cash and they never returned the change. The pictures and the rooms do not match. Avoid this place at any cost!

Location- it’s 20 mins from Colosseum. The staff didn’t speak english at all, it was really hard to communicate with them, room was cleaned, but the bathroom had some mould on the ceiling. Also room didn’t have bedspreads, it was just cover and sheet, it was really hard to sleep with it. Weren’t enough hangers and not enough space in the room for the clothes. Also it was huge echo in the hotel, so during the night we could hear everything that was going on at the reception and on the staircase. Once they have forgotten to bring cleaned towels in to the room and didn’t clean the bathroom.

It was not very clean, a lot of noise from the “reception”, they only had some blankets to warm up. It was just for night as we lost our flight and was the only place still open at 00:00.

Bathroom is too small. I might accept the idea to save some space, but it was really hard to use it.
