Hotel Ferraro

Vending machine at the lobby don’t work and I was craving some snacks late at nights. Not the end of the work or course but it would have been nice to be able to get some.

Very well located, the lady at the front desk was really kind and polite. My room was next to the reception and I could hear the door and people talking until late. It wasn’t annoying like people being noisy but every sound was noticeable.

Very good placed location, you can easily get to any major attraction from Ferraro hotel. Even though furniture is a little old, room vas very clean, bed was confortabile and they cleaned the room every day. Staff was supportive and they also accommodated the baggage storage on our last day.

Good location to bus, restaurants,one block to colosseum and Forum. Had AC and heater and frig with a couple of beverages. Bathroom too small, no counter space, shower too small and hard to get into. Black mold and not clean. Floor was dirty throughout. Everything old and worn. Condition and appearance of room disappointing. Walls not painted and paint chipped off walls. And the worst, no WiFi. Even after we complained. It worked for an hour and then not again. They have employee wifi and guest wifi. Guest WiFi didn’t work. Then they told us to go to restaurant for breakfast and show hotel card for discount. The restaurant did not accept card. Said you need voucher. Hotel claims no voucher. Felt lied to. Definitely over paid for this place for what it was. Highly discouraged anyone from staying here.

Location is great, the lady on reception was very friendly. The bed and pillow were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable option The lock on my door was a bit tricky to use.

Very good location near of Forum Romanum and Colloseum. Other famous places of Rome are in short distance. A lot of restaurants with very tasty food with reasonable prices. The personel is very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. We've been there in February, but the room was warm, very good heated. It has air condition, so I suppose in the summer it will be cool too.

The location can't be better. You are in the heart of Rome, 5 min walking from coloseum and Roman Forum, the room was quite clean and the woman at the reception really polite There is a bad smell in the building and the room

Location and staff Broken mirror, old doors should be replaced , dirty shower curtain, small shower, not comfortable shower. Broken fan. The walls should be painted because there was a blood on the bathroom wall. It smells cigarettes in the room because it’s very old.

Perfect location in the heart of Rome, near the Moses of Michelangelo. The rooms are actually within one floor, probably it used to be originally a big flat ot two flats. So it is more like a pension rather than a hotel. Air-conditioning was working well. It would be nice to have a kettle in the recetion, at least in the morning

Good location, although I little hard to find at 1st due to no signage out the front of building, easy to get to and check in was easy Just the lack of signage out the front
