Very nice staff! Feel so welcoming and many good tips. Also the security is good. Feel safe living in here. Breakfast is simple but have all you need, feel like home. Also very quiet and location is very convenient. The hairdryer and the phone was not working. But overall is good.

Very welcoming staff. The concierge helped us find a number of great restaurants and explore different parts of Rome. Great location in Monti area. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

Excellent Location in a great part of Rome. Around the corner from the Coloseum. Excellent cafés and restaurants nearby. The staff were amazing, very helpful and lots of useful knowledge and tips on where to go and best way to get there. Breakfast was superb and lots to choose from. The hotel overall was great, rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend Hotel Grifo and would definitely stay there again. Not applicable

Marley at the front desk is an absolute joy! You can tell someone loves their job making guests happy when you catch her smiling even when she doesn’t know someone is watching. The location is a 10 minute stroll to the Coliseum and just minutes from great restaurants and boutiques. The air conditioning worked well once the room card was activated in the room. Very small European style rooms.

Amazing location, clean hotel, and super friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a nice base in Rome as you explore the city :) The breakfast in the morning is great for fueling for the day and the room was always cleaned when we returned. The showers are pretty tiny! Water is fine it's just a bit small.
