The hotel is conveniently located to many sites either by metro or short taxi rides Breakfast was good but the same every day. They should think about changing it up once in a while.

Small spaces/rooms/bathrooms, but very clean and well kept.

It was in a decent location to see sites The rooms were not made daily and you had to constantly ask for simple accommodations like toilet paper.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Imperiale. Our room was very clean, well lit, nicely appointed, and surprisingly quiet despite facing the street. The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our visit. The location was excellent, with the metro just half a block away, making it easy to get around Rome. We were also within walking distance of many landmarks, including the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which is why we chose to dine out rather than eat at the hotel restaurant. If I visit Rome again, I would definitely consider staying at Hotel Imperiale again. There was really nothing not to like about the hotel. The property felt comfortable, clean, and well managed, and the overall experience met the expectations of a higher-end hotel. The only small convenience that would have made the stay even better would have been access to a self-service laundry facility, especially for travelers staying multiple nights or continuing on to other destinations. That said, I understand that this is not typically something offered at more upscale hotels, so it did not take away from the quality of the stay.

Very professional staff and very comfortable stay. Having a single elevator is a bummer but given the comfort and luxury provided by the hotel that can be ignored especially when most of the time you are out from your room

Our AC didn't work during a heat wave and rather than getting us a new room, they continued to try to fix it. The AC was never fixed and they failed to notify us that they shut off the AC in the middle of the night throughout the hotel at 1am every day, so we woke up to our room being 78 degrees and sweating beyond belief. The blow dryers in the room did not work as well. I had to change the blow dryer 4 times before they gave me one that actually worked longer than 1 minute. The staff did not do anything to make us comfortable or help us with these issues during this stay. They didn't even try to get us a new room, offer a free water or discount or anything. For a hotel, this service is inexcusable. would not recommend.

Good taste interior design, super kind staff. Great location, good breakfast. Very clean. The orange juice wasn’t natural

The only problem we had-the pillows were very hard and they could not provide us with sufficient alternative

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Very clean and the staff were very helpful. Great location for shopping and eating. A little far from historic sites but that was kind of nice since those areas are so congested. We visited at the end of May and it was very warm outside. Our AC seemed to have a hard time cooling at times.

Excellent location steps from metro and shopping n center of Rome but on a quiet street. Staff is lovely

This hotel was a great find! Lovely room, spotlessly clean and modern, and a nice big bathroom with a fantastic shower. The hotel is half a block from a metro stop and many buses stop on the same block, so it’s well connected in the center of the city. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and varied. I only stayed here one night, would stay again!

Very clean. Finishes were all new. Great location. Staff was very friendly. The blanket could have been thicker, and the bed was two twins pushed together. But that’s sometimes typical for hotels. Also gym and rooftop wasn’t open yet. Excited for when that gets finished.

Style, location, friendly and very helpful staff. Room was not what was advertised on booking.com pictures. Not hotel’s fault but booking.com Pictures showed the room with 2 double beds with big picture windows overlooking view. The windows were tiny and with no view as so high up. Bathroom was supposed to have double sinks, there was only 1. Difficult when 4 of you trying to get ready. Booking.com should not misrepresent this.
