The breakfast and rooftop bar were great. Location was good.

The primary entrance is on a very busy and noisy street, which makes access to the main entrance challenging. The rooms are not very well appointed. As an example, the rooms do not have proper Coffee/espresso makers and espresso pods. That means you have to go to the upstairs restaurant to get a decent cup of coffee and can’t simply enjoy a good brew first thing in your room when you get up. While the room had electric tea kettles and instant coffee pouches, that’s hardly adequate, tastes horrible, and certainty not in line with the high room prices. The other thing that was problematic is that the beds creaked which disturbed our sleep. Again, not adequate for a hotel in this price range. Lastly, the sole small elevator moves at a snails pace, which means be prepared to wait or climb multiple stairs and floors to get to your room. Apart from the central location, I would likely stay elsewhere on our next visit.

I cannot think of anything ☺️

Location, the room, rooftop bar. Great breakfast
-
Room was tiny, it had no wardrobe and no space to put our bags. Room was too hot, we called the front desk many times and their answer was open the window
-
Very friendly and helpful receptionists. The temperature in the room was so higher (22-23)

Location was key for limited stay and Hotel L’Orologio did not disappoint!!! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!! They offered to speak Italian with us during our stay so we could practice!!! It was a perfect stay at the end our Tuscany travels, flying out of Rome. We can’t wait to make Hotel L’Orologio our home base for visiting Lazio!!!

Would have liked the airport to offer airport service.

Amost everything, from accessibility, to safety, to the staff. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar, which serves special cocktails and delicately crafted bar snacks. Great job! The view of the room is quite limited, but not much to complain as we spent most of the time out on the streets.

Great location with great amenities. There was great access to all parts of Rome. The best part was waking up every morning and eating breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. nothing.

It was a beautiful hotel & awesome location. Staff were excellent.
-
The hotel room was super clean, very comfortable bed and two closets for storage. The breakfast was very good, it’s on the roof top so there’s a beautiful view of the city. The staff were nice and helpful. Of course the location of the hotel is excellent, a good area of the city and everything is within a short walk distance.
