Lovely, close to the station so handy! The shower cubicle in our room was so small that your knock the tab and either turn off the water or make it boiling hot or cold by accident.

Location was amazing for our purpose. We had a lay-over flight, so needed something close to the train station (it was 20m from the station wall). The room was really clean and spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel breakfast was really nice (although a little cramped meaning you had to reserve tables). The shower was a little dated, but wasn't really an issue, still functioned well! The price was a little expensive, but given the location and the amenities, it was hard to argue.

Great location close to the city and the train station. Cute boutique hotel with great check in staff and wonderful colorful rooms. Great breakfast staff as well, the breakfast manager was amazing! Nothing!

Good location near the train The walls were paper thin. It was impossible to sleep, guests were loud in the hallways. I complained to the front desk and they told me they couldn’t do anything. Then early in the morning, I was woken by the cleaning crew. There was a family staying on my floor who left their doors open for the kids to run. The staff refused to tell them to quiet down even at night.

Convenient location next to Roma Termini for transit purposes. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable for the night. The shower drain was clogged so it filled up with water while showering, and my family said it happened in a separate room for them as well.

Located walking distance to the train station which is a plus to get to the city center. Only downside is there was a strange smell coming from the restroom

Near the train station I attempted a few times to get a response as we booked for 3 nites. My wife was pickpocketed and we had to leave. I expected to be responsible for 1 nite, but not all 3. Holy Week, so I imagine filling the spot would not have been difficult. Very disappointed
