Location, staff, big room. Comfy beds, big bathroom &shower Elevator was vintage and I liked it. Free pastry when checked in and when left. Staff 24 hr ?? Staff helped w bags. Could Hear concerts from breezeway! Nice! Hotel at top floor of building. Should have realized it would Be warmer. AC didn’t take out humidity.

Clean please, located near central station and iconic site in the city , room is big and comfortable, staff always available , excellent pleas to good trip

It was a wonderful room, much bigger than I needed but great to have. The hotel was very close to the buses, the metro, and easy to get to the Roma Termini station. Thank goodness for the lift because the hotel is on the fourth floor of a building that has multiple hotels. A continental breakfast room was bright and airy and was available for 10 euros but the food and selections were not very good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt welcome and would happily recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Good location I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First, when I asked for the remote control for the air conditioner—because the room had one but no remote—the reception denied it, saying it wasn't hot enough in the city, so they simply refused to give me a remote. I was shocked by this. Then, the room had a safe operated by keys, not a code, but there were no keys to the safe either. The view from the window was terrible, facing some inner courtyard. There were ants in the room. On top of that, the reception service was awful. One day before my checkout, I asked if I could check out 1-2 hours later, since checkout was at 10:30 a.m. They confirmed it was fine, so I planned accordingly. But on the day of checkout, another receptionist came banging on my door at 10:30, asking why I hadn’t left. I was stunned, as I had an agreement the day before for a later checkout. I understand the rules, and I did leave by 10:30, but why promise something and then change it? Overall, I do not recommend this hotel—absolutely terrible staff attitude, and it’s simply not worth the money.

Breakfast offered Hard to find-little sign. Once inside building didn’t know where to go or how to get to the 4th floor. Elevator very small. Rather warm in the room- open window not enough. Electricity blew out my dryer

Exceptional service! The owner is very hands-on and genuinely cares about the guests. We had a minor issue initially, which was quickly resolved with a room swap. I also misplaced my headphones in our old room, and the team found and returned them. Highly recommended！

Superb location for train travelers, nearby station. Hotel is located on 4th floor with nice rooftop breakfast salon with good coffee and croissants. 24-hour front desk, secure and no hassle with keys, codes or apps. Quiet street, so no noise, excellent bed and shower, multiple towels, toilet was so quiet we couldn't hear it fill (and thought it was broken). Wonderful restored old building with design elements, regular concerts are given on ground floor (without causing noise). Trevi fountain is 15 min walk and so are Spanish steps and Colosseum. From hotel we walked most of inner city of Rome into Pantheon, St. Peter and Trastevere, but subway is nearby for highly recommended trips to Villa d'Este or the wonderful park with two millennium old aqueducts. Will certainly book again when in Rome.

Clean, location & price The Split AC did not turn on, so had to sleep with balcony door open which was a bit noisy.

The decor in the hotel is dated. Everything is kept clean but not everything is in working order. Windowknob kept felling off and the fridge in my room was broken. The shower was difficult to operate, either scorching hot or icecold water was available unless you operated the knob in a very specific way.

The staff were all helpful and polite.. the room has a king-size bed and is comfy.. also the vending machine is quite handy..the location of the hotel is awesomw!! There were no kettle inside the room for making hot water..

Anywhere I’ve gone, every hotel has given me an invoice afterwards; only this hotel refused. Because of that, I’m giving a low rating.

The hotel was located just enough outside of the main parts of Rome. There was minimal street noise. The beds were not the most comfy, but they were fine for the two nights I stayed there. The front desk staff offered us a free breakfast our first morning which was very nice. Our bathroom reaked of smoke which was very unpleasant. The room was fine, but the smell in the bathroom was so pungent. The beds were not that comfortable, but they were fine for two nights.
