We had a rooftop terrace!

The hotel was clean, all the staff very cooperative and extremely polite in every occasion, breakfast was abundant, with quality products and with a wide variety of options i have really nothing to complain about.

Otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Kahvaltı beklentilerimizin çok üzerinde zengindi. Küçük kızımıza ayrıca ikram ettikleri paketli ürünler gün içinde işimize yaradı. Akşam yemeği de dışarıya çıkmadığımız akşam italyan mutfağını deneyimlemek için yeterli oldu. İçme suyunu alabileceğimiz 7/24 açık bir makine olması da bizim için bir artıydı. Günlük temizlik yapılması da ailece konaklamamızda içimizi rahatlatan bir faktördü. Konum olarak çok merkezde olmasa da ulaşım açısından rahattı (metro A hattına 5dk, otobüs duraklarına ise 2-5dk mesafedeydi). Herşey için teşekkürler..

Absolutely convenient location. Near the Metro which was very important to me. Staff very friendly and helpful. Monica was very personable and made me feel I was very welcome! Breakfast was nice as well. Room and bathroom for solo travelers too small. However the cleanliness was excellent.

Location was great Rooms where very small

Breakfast was very good. Room had amazing view of the area with a veranda to sit outside and welcome the morning or enjoying the cooler breeze in late afternoon after walking all over the area. Was surprised that there was no English speaking TV not even CNN or BBC.

The breakfast buffet was well stocked with sliced meats and cheeses, as well as fresh and canned fruit, an assortment of breads, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, coffee and juice machines. The Dining Room staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only complaint is the gigantic shower head suspended from the ceiling covering the center of the small shower stall and then some. I had to turn water off to make sure my head/hair didn’t get wet when I lathered up; then I had to rinse off each side of my body with my tilted back as far as possible to best remedy the situation. Thankfully my shower cap prevented a total disaster.

The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Could walk to the nicer area quickly for restaurants. It was nice to leave our luggage when we checked out for a few hours. The staff is what made the difference in the hotel. It’s a dated room and of course very small. Typical European hotel room. It’s on a very busy and loud street. But walkable to more desirable areas.

Very clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly, kind, accommodating, and helpful. Also, the breakfast was excellent. They had a full breakfast spread of breads, different croissants, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, many different types of jams, amazing coffee, espresso, and hot chocolate machines, juices, cold cut meats and cheese slices, some veggies and fruits, etc. It was always really good. The one thing I didn’t like was the AC. You can’t adjust the temperature, as it is set to a certain degree for all the rooms. The weather was very hot when we stayed there, so we were looking forward to some cold hotel air. The hotel AC was more for cooling, and it did keep us cool for the most part, but with the heat and weather, it would’ve been nice to have colder air. It felt like a constant 68°- 69° Fahrenheit. The location was also a little bit far from everything, and it would often take us around 35-45 minutes or more, to walk to the famous attractions and places, like the fountains and Vatican City museum.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were excellent and there was staff available to help with questions about using the equipment.

Great location and parking was fine as log as you prebook. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was average unless you love baby frankfurters and tough bacon (animal unknown). Juice was awful. Lovely croissants and coffee. We booked a room with balcony which was lovely and a nice view of St Peter's Basilica. Bar was basically non-existant - basically a fridge or cupboard from which reception would get you a drink so if you want somewhere with a bit of atmosphere to relax with a bit of atmosphere after a busy day sightseeing - this isn't it! Never had an opportunity to try room service but suspect the food and drink menu would be fairly limited (not even sure food would be available).

Perfect location if going to the Vatican and other tourist destinations; good amenities close by (supermarket, laundry, restaurants). Rooms were tiny. There were 2 beds in the room (as requested), and barely enough space to move.

The location was perfect for transport. Easy bus lines. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast spread. Very nice balcony situation! Would return. Not much not to like. The bed was a little firmer than my preference, but I had the extra single bed ao not sure if that’s how they all are or just that one.
