Clean. Easy access to all of Rome Nothing

All of them were very helpful. When we checkout, we have not yet receive 1 of our luggage from Germany, but they willing to process to send to Jakarta Indonesia. I do appreciate their help and continuous help Clean! Have lift (specially europe)

Location, cleanliness and breakfast Room size

Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location couldn’t be better for walking or getting a taxi. There was nothing I didn’t like. Room was a little small but as we expected.

Location is amazing, taxi pickup right out front, and in the heart of nice areas for dining and shopping. walking distance to several tourist sights. Breakfast was simple and tasteful, great service we were very happy with everything

Great location, friendly staff. Right off of Piazza Navona. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Bathrooms recently redone Breakfast was mediocre.

Great location. Located on a very small street with bars, restaurants and markets right out the door. This is fun and maybe not so fun for some. Steep narrow stair case to access the rooms. We have backpacks so no problem. A larger suitcase with wheels would be challenging.

The location was exceptional we walk everywhere we were few minutes to Piazza Navon, Campo fiori teh Pantheron and amazing amount of restaurants also Daniele was fantistic very profesional and helphful he help us with recomendations and diection s to places he is a great host... everything was great

It was a great location the price was good it was a great central location for a lot of attractions and the staff and hotel was good. The hotel had a continental breakfast as well and they do coordinate shuttle service to the airport over all very satisfied with our stay If you’re not looking for a hotel you would miss it but once you are at the hotel you must take a elevator to floor 1 and then go through the doors and the reception area is there. Because if the location it can get a little noisy due to the location there are a lot of dining options and shopping and taxi’s

Loved location. Right in heart of Rome. A lot within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t care for noise all hours on weekends from bar downstairs, but understandable. No guidance as t ok where to check in in building. After B we found it, we were fine.

The staff was very nice , the breakfast was great and location It was confusing at the beginning that half of the property was the hotel and the hotel half residential

Bad timing (construction works at 5th floor). The air-conditioning was a bit noisy, I would prefer the old wall heaters to work, but ok that was not a big issue

Our double bed was not vey comfortable to sleep as a couple.
