The room and bathroom was newly renovated so it was extremely clean and updated. The staff also upgraded us to the room with a terrace which was a pleasant surprise. Staff could have been friendlier. Location is a bit inconvenient as it's not that close to a subway station, and the buses in Rome are very delayed.

Comfortable rooms, decent amenities and friendly staff. Would have liked to see a slightly bigger elevator. I know, many hotels in Europe don’t even have one, but for the price this hotel charged, it is expected.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent! We were disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed for seasonal clean-up as we were looking forward to a nice view of the city from there.

The staff at Hotel Raffaello are over the moon wonderful. I have met nice hotel staff at other hotels, but the crew here is amazing. It starts with hotel manager Barbara. She has assembled a very kind and genuine group a employees. Salman and Bacar at the front desk are so warm and welcoming. Flavia in the breakfast room is sweet and kind. The rooms are fine, but what shines here are the people. If must say, my room did not have a bidet. My Raffaelllo room earlier in the month of January did, as did my accommodations in Florence and Uscio. I guess they are standard in much of Italy. And that is briiliant.
