Hotel Santa Prassede

Good location if you are relying on the train and want to see the popular sites. A little quirky. Whenever someone came in late or left early it echoed down the hallway.

I loved that it was hidden away from the hustle and bustle. But was still close to good restaurants and fantastic sites. The lady who runs the place is a wealth of knowledge so if you want to know the history of the city and the best places to hit she's the best person to ask. I don't think there was anything I didn't like. They were pleasant and would give you cold water everyday when you would comeback from your trips.

Me senti muito acolhida, quando chegava no hotel eles já me ofereciam uma garrafa d’água gelada pois estava muito calor! Tem bastante amenities no quarto e eu recebi um upgrade sem mesmo pedir por um! Agradeço muito pela hospitalidade. A localização é super estratégica e perto de várias coisas, inclusive da estação termini, o que facilitou a minha chegada. No meu voo de volta a atendente já se ofereceu a agendar o táxi pra mim. Adorei, recomendo e voltarei quando estiver em Roma! Nenhuma reclamação a fazer

Loved the property. Felt very safe. Close to the Roma termini station. Nothing. It was all great.

The staff is very kind and goes above and beyond to provide water, coffee, espresso, at any hour of the day or night. Hotel was in a great location with excellent restaraunts steps away. Termini station is also a 10 minute walk at the most!

It is an older building so it can be stuffy, especially in hot weather. There is air conditioning though!

not provided It was strange to see a huge bath-wirlpool in small and noisy "luxury" room we reserved, (actual bathroom with shower and toilet was tiny). Fortunately we were able to change it to a regular room but of corse much smaller, facing side street.

The bathroom was a bit narrow. Otherwise, everything at the hotel was wonderful.

I liked everything

I stayed one night only but I was exceptionally comfortable - the bed was amazing! - and the staff exceeded my expectations. My room didn't have a view. Otherwise all good. Very good.

Very clean Very expensive to not have a proper breakfast. I had yogurt a banana and muesli every day - the only things that were slightly healthy. You had to ask for every item of healthier foods. All other food was processed garbage food that was in sight and abundant. My room was pleasant but very noisy- traffic noise. The quieter room I was initially offered was like a cave with little light and window that opened to a wall.

The location was close to the Roma termini! Had nice restaurants nearby as well!

Great location, just steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Termini, restaurants and bus stops. The hotel is extremely clean, they make sure the rooms are perfect every day. Cristina, the owner, is very knowledgeable and will advise on places to visit and routes to take. She is super sweet and very kind! Her staff is also great! It was a great place to stay. Nothing. Everything was great!

The staff is exceptional and so accommodating! We loved the charm of it and the location was great, especially if you are coming in by train.

Comfortable room, good shower, wonderful staff. AC wasn't keeping up with the heat.

Nice and cozy rooms, everything new and very clean. The owners are very open and friendly. Recommendation!
