Good air conditioning. Clean room Breakfast was lacking, no good toiletries to use.
-
Excellent location and very friendly staff
-
Have in mind that the room for 1 person is very very small indeed.

It was a decent location. Only, 15 minute walk from the train station It was the most bare bones hotel I have ever stayed in. The walls were all blackened from suitcases. They gave metal keys out attached to a metal key card. You could hear them echoing through the halls because the walls were so thin. Also, in order to lock your room when you are inside it, you needed the physical key to turn the lock. Seems like a fire hazard that once the door is locked from the inside, there isn’t an easy way out. I should have read more reviews.

This property was the best. It felt like home. I wanted to move in forever. This seriously is a hidden gem in Rome. All the staff made me feel welcomed, the room was wonderful, and the free breakfast was remarkable. I will return to this hotel every time I come to Rome. It was nothing but amazing!

Property is very close to all atteactions. Good area. Near shops. Room was small but nice. Breakfast was ok.
-
It would get very noisy especially early in the morning.

The comfort
-
Location is really good and breakfast is enough. If you need silence, it will be a bit hard. Because you will hear talking people in the hall.

Surroundings, Great breakfast! Proximity to all the wonders of Rebubblica! Treni, bussi, taxi pronto! Fashion and shopping, old basilica and fountains, feel, sights sounds and amazing smells of the parks and flowers run through the surrounding ancient neighborhoods. Food and vino is prolifically abundant. Clean, safe area! CABINERNI right across the street, guarding with machine guns! Nice classico building one block from the main avenue hot spots. Late-night outings feel safe... The room was very small, clean and good for sleeping, after days out sightseeing and enjoying a very traditional area in Rome's center. Groceries close with deli, name-brand high-end clothing shops, mixed with affordable chic scarves and fashion. Tons of trinket shops, People watching, they dress here, up!!! Only a few annoying street roving sellers. Warm chestnuts! Fireworks at night! A filling, full Italian breakfast or enjoy pancakes, eggs over easy, bacon, waffles, crepes all nearby. They serve Home-made cakes and pastries, deli ham, cheese, breads, toaster, cereals, milk, yogurts juice, cafe machine for all selections, and fresh fruit It was a quiet room until 9am. I could leave windows open all night on the 3rd floor, inner courtyard side. Air conditioning also. Hot shower, a small lift was handy! Happy, friendly front desk and service team. Can leave luggage at the front desk. A serviceable clean room for sleeping... Grazie Mille! Good area, no frills room. The low-end rooms are the size of a walk- in closet in a large deluxe room elsewhere for 4 -500 EUROS AND UPWARDS . Small desk and chair, interesting views of old buildings. Good clientele though!

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. The staff are very friendly. The room is simple but spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning — an important convenience on a hot day in Rome. The breakfast espresso was excellent. Although it’s a simple hotel, it met our expectations, especially considering the price. Although the room was spacious, the bathroom was small and could be an issue for larger guests. There was also a step in the room, which might be a problem for distracted guests. Despite the excellent espresso, the breakfast was quite simple, with a continental style

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and many popular landmarks. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The bed lacked comfort, and the rooms had no soundproofing, which made it quite noisy.
-
Very clean, in a city centered amazing street, breakfast was included, stuff was kind
-
Sound insulation is really bad. Sounds from outside, next room or hall will disturb people sensitive to sounds and wake you up!
-
Although the hotel is close to the city center, the terrain is a bit difficult.
-
This is the smallest hotel room I have ever seen or stayed in. The room was clean and the bathroom was OK but there was no room except for the bed. Ridiculous. And not worth the money. I would never recommend or stay here again. I asked if there was a refrigerator in the room and was told that there was but I'm sorry: what they provided was NOT a refrigerator. I give this place 2 stars at best.

Location is excellent, a few meters away you can take the bus from Via Nazionale and a little further, from Piazza della Repubblica, you can take the metro. Metro service in Rome is good., I cannot complain about the bus service in Rome. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Moreover, you're 12 minute walk away from Roma Termini from where you can catch Leonardo Express, a 35 minute non stop direct train to Fiumicino airport (€14 one way). I didn't like that, on the first night, you have to arrive before 11 pm as it doesn't have a night receptionist or night access. So if you're flying in to Rome in the evening and your Ryanair flight is delayed (which is becoming normal) you might risk of sleeping on the streets. Its breakfast is very basic - you can easily avoid it and have a better breakfast, just outside the hotel: few meters away you have a choice of more than more one cafeteria (nearby there's a bakery with very good products, Il forno degli amici).

Small room, no view , noise from reception area during the night, poor breakfast

Location and cleanliness Toilet wouldn’t flush easily
