no hot and cold water in the room...the ice dispenser is in the ground floor and not functioning well.

It was close to bus and train station and nice restaurants around No WiFi for 3 nights and night staff didn’t do anything about it. Also night staff didn’t even check my name for giving me room key even I never met the staff before. So anyone could pick room key, not safe at all

The refrigerator doesn't cool at all, and it's also too small. There was a sudden power outage in my room only, and since it was not restored, I had to change rooms. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working and it stayed hot constantly. The control panel for the air conditioner was broken, and although I reported it to the staff, it wasn’t addressed until late at night.

Convenient location and helpful, friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was great. The showers were hit and miss; some nights there was very little pressure.

Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was an open buffet and was more than sufficient. Thank you very much to the staff of Hotel Tex. It is an advantage that it is close to Termini station, the transportation hub of Rome. However, immigrants in the region can be worrying for tourists. It would be better if the municipality found a solution.

Great location, almost next to Termini from where you can reach every part of Rome easily. Breakfast was good and the lady in the breakfast room was nice and professional. Staff was helpful and polite. Bathroom ceiling was full of black mold which is really unhealthy. There was super loud heating which was really annoying in December when we tried to sleep we could choose from a cold room or loud heating sound.
