Everything! The rooms very very clean, modern and spacious. The staff were the best part! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Everything was perfect.

The staff was so kind and welcoming to us! The rooms were beautiful and they even upgraded our room! And they made us special “to go” breakfast bags to take on the plane! Will definitely stay here again!

Room had no view and it was a little noisy. But it was fine and clean.

The elevator is a little small.

A wonderful hotel with responsive staff who go out of their way to accommodate guest needs. We stayed for 6 nights. Our rooms were lovely and comfortable with unique touches (like the blue lights in the bathroom). The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were made up daily. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast service provided a wide variety of food, with several types of pastries, as well as ample fruits, yoghurt and protein options. The coffee options were great. Finally, the hotel is just a few steps down the street from the #8 tram, which is a few minutes ride to Trastevere and a few more stops across the bridge into the central part of town. While overall the breakfast was excellent, the scrambled eggs were served cold, every day. We could not eat them and there did not seem to be a way of warming them up. The other minor annoyance was hearing ambulances screaming past as there’s a hospital nearby. But this did not seem to be a problem at night.

not much to dislike really. only downside is not super close to main centre but it’s really not an issue . transport very quick and easy to find

The staff was very attentive and paid attention to detail. I loved the view of our room we had two large windows. The hotel is in a fairly less busy area than the center so it was very relaxing to enjoy our views as we got ready each morning. I was on a trip with my mom and we were both very comfortable.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Room was very small and the shower regulator didn't work. Also the AC did not turn on and the day that we were leaving, the elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs

The breakfast is wonderful and a really nice way to start the busy days in Rome. The room was very spacious for our family of four and super clean! The staff was helpful and friendly, providing recommendations, making reservations, etc. throughout our stay. The hotel is located outside of the main attractions of Rome, but for us this was a bonus as we were able to experience a more local atmosphere. We had asked for a car to be booked to take us to the airport. Somehow this was not done and while we were able to get a taxi to take us to the airport, it would have been nice to have everything arranged.

The staff were truly exceptional, so kind. The rooms are light and airy. Very comfortable beds. Modern bathrooms in an old setting. Daily breakfast was exceptional. The staff went as far as to pre-pack a takeaway breakfast based on what they could see we liked from our stay on the day of our 5am airport departure. Can’t recommend them more highly, where I will always stay in Rome. Nothing.

Clean, safe Parking offsite a little hard to find
