We were not advised that there was not a/c and we had to sleep with open windows and could hear the neighbors and smell their food because they were cooking while we were sleeping

Our room was on ground floor with the window facing the street. Could literally hear people's steps and talking every night. Soundproofing could be improved.

I had requested a space with two bedrooms after booking which was met by the staff. It was a beautiful space with a balcony looking over Rome. You could see the coliseum on the hill from the balcony. The woman at the front desk was incredible helpful- she provided recommendations for local restaurants and aided in directions to the location we wanted to visit. Overall fantastic experience, we stayed only one night before embarking on our cruise but would stay longer next time. The property had no flaws in my experience

The location of the property is absolutely amazing. We walked everywhere. It’s a 15 min walk from Roma Termini. The sightseeing was a close walk too and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. The property had a cozy little rooftop where you could bring your own food and drinks to enjoy. Also a good view from the room. Lots of good restaurants close by. The hallway where the room was located smelled really bad, like sour socks or just an inclosed space. The walls were thin and you could literally hear your neighbors… The worst part was the shower. The hot water was only available for maximum of 5 minutes so the person showering second had to do a cold shower.

Great central location, walkable to everything. Very friendly & helpful staff. Got quiet rooms as requested. Non-smoking was wonderful. Terrace was a great plus. Showers were small & short. No comfy chair would've been nice. Toilet ran. Minor, minor issues.

Great location and very clean The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I also didn’t know the heater was on when I arrived (I never turned it on), so in the middle of the night I had to open the windows and ended up getting sick. There’s also no air conditioning. It says breakfast is included, but it was very simple, so I ended up getting my own instead. The Wi-Fi was also very slow and would sometimes disconnect.
