Self check-in (we arrived at 1am) Location is great and breakfast is included. Stuff cleaned the room every day! Internet is bad but it's like that in whole neighbourhood. Little bit loudy sometimes.

We had no running hot water to take showers and when an attempt was made to fix it the water took way too long to get warm and there was no power in the warm water . We had a half roll of toilet paper when we checked in .just not acceptable for the price charged !

Overall, we had a very good stay and really enjoyed the unit. However, I would like to mention a couple of issues we experienced. The hot water pressure was quite weak, and the shower drain was slow. To be fair, the team responded immediately when we reported these issues and did their best to fix them, which we truly appreciate. Unfortunately, the problems were not fully resolved during our stay. Aside from that, everything else in the unit was perfect, and we had a great experience.

The location was great. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the Colosseo! Nice street and neighborhoods. Good value for money. We had to pay cash upon arrival but it was not specified earlier. They had a machine for cards but our three card never « worked ». Forced to pay cash in the end. If you leave before 8am you miss the breakfast that is included…

Walls and ceiling thin! The people on top of our room must weigh 5000 pounds the way they were walking around making so much noise late in the evening and early in the morning.

It was a very nice !! Actually the lady who was the receptionist named Stefani made our stay even better , always with a smile and energy to serve and accomplish every need ! Very clean room , good location !!!

Everything was ok. Staff girl Stephanie was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, the place has good location. it is quite noisy from outside, but from the relative to location is expected.

Location brillant. The room,( not the bathroom) was shabby. One of the pictures on a wall was unsuitable for a rental, quite disturbing.
