Straight forward, good room good ac great location and great service Nothing really, received what we expected

So close to all the main attractions and was in a very clean and quiet neighborhood Nothing at all

Close to the metro, attractions, everything was roughly 25 minute walk or less to major attractions. Host was very nice. Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. No breakfast but that was advertised. No elevator but they are looking to put one in eventually. There is a safe but to small for a laptop.

Location is perfect, we stayed in a room with two bedrooms, early check-in was acceptable. Coffee and some snacks are provided. -

Great location, very clean, spacious, comfortable. Groceries, restaurants and public transportation nearby. No elevator. I stayed at 3rd floor, but needed help to take big suitcase up and down.

Location was great, ease of check in/out, communication with staff was prompt and helpful. Four flights of stairs with no other options, but the staff made it clear when I got there that that was the case. Just a heads up if you have some sort of mobility issues though.

The location and the staff No elevator, but honestly it wasn’t that bad

Location was great and safe. Staff was accommodating and very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. They clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. If you don't want any service, I guess you should tell the check in staff. There's a common 'kitchen' and we were awakened at midnight by ignorant parents letting their kids scream and play with each other. Same family allowed infant baby to cry in the common area. Not the fault of the hotel of course, just be aware of how families use the common area. But otherwise, it's a quiet neighborhood.

The check in was just difficult, if you are staying here, DEFINITELY, communicate directly with the lovely owners as check in is remote and takes coordination BEFORE arrival. This was the ONLY issue on an otherwise PERFECT stay

The location was excellent. The family suite was well appointed. We didn’t realize when we booked that the unit was on the fourth floor with no elevator. The 92 stairs improve the unit were challenging.

The hotel was in a location convenient to the train station and the Monti neighborhood, which has lots of shops and restaurants. It was on a quiet street. The room was spacious and quiet. It was nice having the use of the coffee machine in the common area. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. It looks like pre-COVID they offered a more extensive breakfast bar. Now they provide some packaged toasts and jams in the room, which are underwhelming. I hope they return to offering a small assortment of continental breakfast options in the common areas.

Excellent location and very helpful, friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and excellent private bathroom facilities. Very clean. Good air conditioning. We were ground floor so had not issues with access, but there is no lift access.

The location was perfect. Very close or within walking distance to the collosium and many restaurants. The one flight of stairs to walk up to the rooms.
