A little too old, but everything works

The building is very well built, appears to be nearly fireproof, and very quiet, All facilities, including shared facilities, were very clean and orderly.

The rooms were comfortable. I liked the location, we walked everywhere. Wifi was good. One of the staff members shouted at us in Italian. We have no idea what she said but it seemed quite aggressive.

The room was a 5 minute walk from the "Furio Camillo" metro station which made moving around to different parts of the city very easy. Alessa was responsive before and during my stay. All the facilities inside the room were good.

Alessia was VERY helpful and informative. The room is spacious and very clean. I liked that it had a kitchen. I kept my breakfast essentials there. Very convenient. Also, so close to the metro, grocery store, and restaurants. Some areas around the neighborhood seemed sketchy but it wasn't. What I strongly encourage is to travel light. Quite a few areas have steps and no elevators nor escalators. When you enter Turra, the immediate entry has stairs only. But, Alessia helped me with my heavy suitcase. Travel light and try to keep it to one suitcase and a backpack.

Perfect location, far from the city center but near the metro station and near the huge parc. The flat was clean and comfortable. The furniture in the room should be improved ... we missed the table and chairs in our room. Also the lights in room and in the kitchen were quite weak.

The host Alessia was great - quick to answer any questions I liked the location - quiet and suburban, but the centre is easily reachable via metro The house and the bedroom are spacious and comfy Bathroom was a bit smelly and kitchen facilities a bit basic but ok

Good place to stay in Rome, close to metro and bus stations. Excellent communication with the staff. Locking the door of the room was tricky, they should change the door lock. Even though , you pay taxes on reservation, you have to pay another fee when you arrive to the apartment.

It's a really lovely and very quaint place - plenty of character and I wasn't expecting such a quaint and peaceful place. Very European. I really loved it. Also Dal Mago del Caffè is Rome's best cappuccino.
