Warm welcome by Giovanni. Some late night noise.

Breakfast quite basic but good location, near to the metro station. Unfortunatelly, there was smell of cigarettes in the room. Not that clean as I expected.

Had a good stay with family. The room is spacious and has good hospitality. Worth for money.

The host was kind and warm-hearted. The room and the facilities were good. Located near a big supermarket. A few minutes walk to the metro station. The showing water temperature was unstable.

Was close to public transport Reported issues with hot water was told would be fixed. Burnt as water temp changed from freezing to boiling hot within seconds.. Didn't trust it with my child.

The host is unbelievably friendly and helpful! Room and bed are so comfortable. There is a private bathroom directly in front of room. Everything was so clean. There are lots of utilities in the kitchen. Location of place is easy to find and very close to public transportation. I really appreciated my stay In bath, adjusting hot and cold water is little bit challenging.

I would say it was perfect especially the owner Mr.Giovanni . He was so considerate, courteous and also kind enough to help me deal with the problem I did have.

Clean property. # Shower doesn’t work only. One moment the water is very hot and another second so cold. This can make you sick also. Complained to owner no action at all. # Its on 6th floor and the lift gets stuck most of the times, we had to come down with 2 suitcases. No help at all. #The main door of B&B is tricky to open. Gets stuck. No one bothering to fix it.

The host was lovely! Very helpful regarding travel around city as well! Super near the station - overall great stay. The breakfast was not what we expected. I advise bringing your own breakfast or going out as I wouldn’t say what’s given is classified as ‘breakfast’

The best thing about this place is the location. 10 minutes to the station and 5 minutes walk to the subway. Everything else I didn't like. It was my mistake, I did not read the reviews carefully, especially the negative ones. I liked the photos and the availability of breakfast. And nowhere was it written that this was not a hotel, but a hostel in an apartment with separate rooms. The bath and toilet were not in the room, but on the other side of the corridor. I was told about this and that I need to lock it from the inside with a key when I checked in. Also, upon check-in, I was informed that there is a kitchen where I can make coffee, tea and food (they showed kitchen utensils and utensils). A day later, another owner wrote to me that cooking is prohibited by the laws of the city of Rome, and I misunderstood the first owner upon check-in. When I asked why there were pans, knives and pots, as well as olive oil, salt, etc., I was told that this was an apartment and it should be there. All rooms are in need of renovation. The shower is dirty, the floor in all rooms is dirty. Minus cleaning. In the shower on the last day of my stay, I saw wood lice. Breakfast is not breakfast, just a snack. Consists of bread, jam, biscuit and nutella. One carton of milk for three days. Coffee and tea in the kitchen is unlimited.

The location of the accommodation was excellent. Near the accommodation there was a metro station and a train station. Giovanni, the owner, was a very friendly and nice person. In the shower, the water temperature was changing - hot and cold.

The location was ok, close to bus and metro station and you can find some nice bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious. There's a kitchen in which you can prepare something to drink or store your stuff in the refrigerator. Where do I start... 1. We got the room with a separate bathroom. On the Booking page, it does not state that the private bathroom is separate from the room, I double checked. To access the bathroom, you need to cross the public corridor. Bear that in mind if having a private bathroom IN the room is something important to you. 2. Shower needs some serious adjustments. Taking a shower was a terrible experience, the water pressure is super low and due to this the temperature keep changing from hot to freezing. 3. The AC is definitely not working properly as it was very hot in our room despite having it set to a low temp. 4. One time, the cleaning person left our door unlocked. Thankfully nothing disappeared, but this is the kind of mistake you cannot allow yourself to make in a hotel. 5. This is more personal but I found the pillows to be very uncomfortable. 6. I need to mention the check-in fee. Read the booking policy carefully, as check-ins done in the evening require you to pay extra 15-20 euros. This is the first time I've encountered something like this, and I've been to other B&B in Italy specifically.

Nothing exceptional The photos in Booking and the room itself were different. Didn’t have shampoo, only conditioner. Breakfast is a joke.

Place is near to metro and bus station, it is clean. Air conditioner at first night didn’t work and after that they repair it. The lift was broken one day and because the room is on 6 floor it was very hard, But it was repaired on next day.

Bed was big, room size was nice too. The kitchen had enough to make coffee every morning and pasta if you didn’t feel like going out. Overall good. The place felt very secured, the lock on the main door was no joke ! If you have mobility issues (or just hates stairs), there was an elevator to get to the apartment ! The AC didn’t work very well and the bathroom wasn’t super practical (we had the room that had the bathroom outside of the room). But nothing dramatic !
