The room itself was good and it was close to the metro. This B&B is actually a flat in a big industrial block, with 2 bedrooms where you get the key for one (with a simple bedroom lock). I didnt feel safe to stay with my children there, you could here people moving outside your door, but was actually afraid to go out if it wasnt quite. The house smelled cigarette. Also there was another closed door from where we could hear voices and loud tv, i guess the owner stayed there? but again, it was strange and scary. The flat was close to the metro, but we decided to take a longer way, just to feel safer. The description mentioned that toiletries were included, which was actually a very small pack of showergel/shampoo which wasnt enough for one shower, and they only gave us 1 for all 3 nights that we stayed there. Also, there was supposed to be breakfast. There was a kitchen (not clean!!!) with coffee, toast bread and marmelades, and that was all. And every morning they would bring one croissant from the next door convenience store, that we wouldnt eat.

Great place with helpful owner, very clean room, great location, just 1 minute to the metro Colli Albani. About breakfast: just tell what do you want to eat and fridge will be full every day. Location very close to all attraction, near supermarkets, restaurants. Very good price for such a high standart. Everything was perfect.

The room is in a great location with access to the tube to quickly go to the city centre. As it is on the third floor and not facing the road, it is also quiet at night so you can get a good sleep without the noise of the streets. The host made us find fresh pastries every morning which was great and both the room and bathroom were very clean. We also had our set of keys which meant we could come and go at our leisure. The room was just the right size for a 2 night stay as we didn't want to unpack much. It came with aircon which was much needed with the heat. Some minor improvements, the mattress was incredibly firm which not everyone will enjoy, and the water temperature in the shower kept changing from hot to cold without reason, but luckily the weather was very hot so a cold shower wasn't a huge deal.

Everything was great, the host was very accommodating. The accommodation was near to the subway and bus stop so no problem there... Overall, I have positive impressions from my stay. Plus we were able to leave our backpacks here on the last day and pick them up in the evening, thank you again! However, there are a few little things that could have been better. The bathroom door doesn't close very well, so you don't have much privacy. The pillows are absurdly high - I preferred to sleep without them, although it was not so comfortable. Arriving at the accommodation can come as a bit of a shock as it is located in a residential building - this caused a bit of confusion. But overall a nice stay!

Malenki is b&b apartments. А cosy little place with a welcoming atmosphere. The owner of this apartment, was always very attentive, hospitable. He customized the breakfast to our needs. We asked for ham, salami cheese, croissant, yogurt, juice and not only croissant as in other reviews. All was prepred in the morning on the table. They left info over whatsaap. They showed to us how prepare delicious Italian coffee. We enjoyed the apartment very much. The room is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The bed is a pleasure to relax in. To keep it short, we are happy that we found this b&b and during our next visit to Rome, we will definitely stay there again. Bathroom size, the shower runs a little

Malenki is a real gem among b&b apartments. А cosy little place with a welcoming atmosphere. Giorgio, the owner of this apartment, was always very attentive, hospitable and helpful. He customized the breakfast to our needs (there is no time limit for the breakfast, by the way), made delicious Italian coffee for us in the morning, told us a bunch of interesting things about Italy and even helped to restore the operating system on our laptop after a critical failure! The guy is very nice and it's him who made our trip to Rome really memorable. We enjoyed the apartment very much. The room is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The bed is a pleasure to relax in. Giorgio keeps the apartments perfectly clean, so we never had any issues with that, too. To keep it short, we are happy that we found this b&b and during our next visit to Rome, we will definitely stay there again.

The location close to Colli Albani is excellent to visit the different attractions, but also be part of the daily Roman

Nothing We didn't feel very welcome to eat in the kitchen, breakfast was only croasans and coffie/juice. Host pretending to be nice but he wasn't hospitable. Toliet is small and has a strange smell. There is not hot water for 2 days. One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. It's not a hotel it's two bedroom apartment adjusted for renting.

Great place to stay. Not so far from the city center, in a quiet area. The staff is lovely and helpful. Breakfast great! Would recommend this place to others :)
