Please note when you make reservations, that there are two options – one an apartment and the other one, the triple room. This review is for the triple room. The location is very convenient as it is very centrally located. It is two stops on bus or tram to Santa Maria Maggiore, and three stops to Termini station. The bus/tram stop for the above is half a block away. The metro station is about 2 1/2 blocks away in the other direction. If you enjoy walking, Termini is about 10 minutes on foot. The Colosseo is probably around 20 minutes on foot or you can catch a bust or tram 2.5 blocks from the apartment. There is also a large grocery store half a block away. The apartment itself is really nice. It is one very large room with a bathroom half a floor down the stairs. There is one large permanent bed in it, and a convertible bed that the owner can open up, if the reservation is for more people. There were four of us and we had both beds opened for us. They were both extremely comfortable. The mattresses are memory foam, as were the pillows. The blankets were also lightweight and appropriate for the season. There is an air conditioner. It makes some strange light rumbling noises when it works, but it works fine and I didn’t find the noises disturbing. The star of the apartment is the beautiful patio. It is spacious and has seating for four people. We used it every day to have meals and relax outdoors. The communication with the owner was very pleasant. She was kind enough to let us stay extra 30 minutes as check out. The actual check in/out process is very straightforward. The keys are placed in coded boxes next to the apartment. The owner provided us with instructions on retrieving them. That was great because I did not feel rushed to make it to the apartment at a particular time after my flight. Overall I really enjoyed the stay.

Booked triple bed with garden view, but because we are 2 people the sofa bed cant be used, the staff or owner is not so friendly, if u want separate bed better book for 3 people or look for twin bed instead. The location is good near metro and tram stop. The room is clean access ing the building is easy. There is view to little bit garden. The communication with the owner is bit annoying.

The location, and the room’s size . The AC which is a must in Italy. As it gets very hot. The false advertisement about breakfast, which was not existent, and must pay the tax before you get to the place. Which I wasn’t aware of. The host explained to me that they stopped serving breakfast since COVID hits. also keep in mind that the transportation to the airport is not for free make sure to check with the host about the price.

Not enough hot water for shower

It was easy to park free very near place. plenty of room for the three of us. Liked the outside courtyard. Trouble working microwave; however, only tried right before leaving so didn’t have a chance to ask for help.

The apartment is located on the lower ground floor, which turned out to be a great advantage in Rome—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for rest. The terrace is fantastic and offers a lovely outdoor space. The host was always available and very helpful, providing us with valuable tips throughout our stay. We had a truly wonderful time, even with two small children. Highly recommended! The only thing we missed was a washing machine

The location was a safe neighborhood walking distance from the train station. Local restaurants were wonderful.

Great apartment with all needed for comfortable living for few days Terrace is awesome Very close to the location with bus, tram stops and underground Few stops and you are in the city centre Humidity gives a bit of smell

Really big bedroom, high ceilings, good to be able to cook and make breakfast. The courtyard garden is great to sit in or eat al fresco. Short walk to metro station, ten minutes to Roma Termini station for the express to/from airport. I walked to Trevi Fountain and main attractions, but I like walking. Metro would save you energy. I cycled to Rome from Denmark and it was great to have space to store my bike and pack it in a box for the flight home.

The accommodation was really comfortable, with a great courtyard to relax in. Good location, nearby to the colosseum. Great communication from the host.

We've got very clear instructions on how to get in, we were surprised how nice the room was and very clean. Having access to the terrace was also great. The area has a public transport (metro) nearby and is very close to the center and the city attractions like the Colosseum. Many restaurants nearby. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again. My boyfriend find the mattress a little bit too soft, but for me it was perfect, very comfortable so I guess that's a matter of preference. The only thing that I didn't really like was the bathroom which is not really fully separated from the bedroom/living room, so when someone is in the bathroom you can hear everything that's happening there.

location was good and the place had been remodeled with a nice back patio; good communication from the property management

The location was good There was a strong smell of humidity that was only going away when opening the windows, which is not very convenient when there is a heat wave

This place is very clean and accessible. Only 2 stations away from Roma Termini. Metro station is a walking distance to this place. The owner was very responsive online. She even recommended a nearby bar (Gatsby) a walking distance from this place. She was also considerate as she allowed us to check in late after having delays in our flight. There was a good Gelato Shop nearby called Giovanni Fassi which I think is the most cheapest and delicious gelato I ever tasted in my 4 days trip to Rome. Probably the wifi connection needs upgrading as it wasnt working at all. However, it didn't bother me much as I have my personal internet connection. The way to the place has a lot of graffiti which can be seen in other places of rome and other stations too. During our stay we normally go home between 9pm and 10pm when all of the establishments nearby are already closed, therefore the road looks very dark at night as there was no sufficient light. But so far we were okay and we didnt not encounter any problem.
