Absolutely outstanding. I was given a better room than I booked and it was fabulous. Location is unbeatable, the room was beautiful, huge bathroom, great windows that keep the room quiet, great A/C that kept the room cool without blowing air directly on you. Bed was firm and really comfortable, I loved coming back every day for an excellent rest. Loved it. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location was perfect! Very nice interior, a nice, small very well equipped kitchen the guests can use and even a second small fridge in the room. Everything perfectly clean!

Water available in fridge, decently easy arrival instructions, communication, location was great and felt safe. Very quiet. The pillows were horrible, I didn't sleep a wink. One of them actually feels like it has a bunch of foam cubes cut up to make the pillow. There was no daylight in the room so it felt like a cell. The water in the sink shoots out directly at you. Hot water was not consistent or sufficient. Shampoo was not provided, so I wrote to the '24/7' whatsapp number, and they responded saying it was in the kitchen. So in my towel, I have to leave the room to search in kitchen cabinets to not find any shampoo. How is it possible paying $150 for one night, is shampoo not included in the room as a standard. Moreover, after I asked why shampoo was not available, I got a snarky remark saying, well it's 1am and I answered your message, so I'm going back to sleep now. This is why I hate places like this, expensive like a hotel, bad service and quality of products, and missing basic supplies that would have been provided had I just done a hotel. So much for its 'cute' look that sold me.

The owners and staff were super kind and helpful. Good location. The room was spacious and very clean ! Water available at any time. Value for money.

The air-condition is not working properly for heating.

The staff was impeccable, they replied very fast and provided very detailed instruction. Location is simply amazing. Black out curtains and a comfy bed provide a good night sleep. The shower can be a bit confusing to use, but if you text the staff, they will provide a detailed video on how to use it correctly.

Nice apartment in the downtown. The main attractions in walking distance. The owner and the staff is very nice. Rome is great. Best place ever. Best food ever. We will definitely come back.

The decorations were all fabulous. The location is really top 5 min from piazza Navona and 8mins from piazza di Spagna. Supermarket and shops near. Everything was great. The bathroom, especially the shower area needs renovation and thorough cleaning. There were some flying insects at the washing sink.

Great room in good location within walking distance to all sightseeing locations. Staff were friendly and welcoming communicating with us via whatsapp before we arrived and during our stay. There was a safe in the room along with mini fridge (already containing 2 bottles of water), and coffee making facilities. Anything else required such as glasses or an iron could be got from the kitchen. Highly recommended.
