Excellent location just a few steps from Termini. Staff was helpful and kind The shower and sink arrangement inside the room are uncomfortable. Didn’t like that the toilet was shared with the other rooms.

The guy was sooo frendly, nice and helpful! That is really important thing, cause if the host is bad it can ruin even the best hotel. It was super clean and calm. The area is good if you travel by termini, but for long period is too dengarous The aria is surrounded by poverty people

Very very clean accomodation. Totally caring and friendly staff. There are very clean and big bathrooms and a kitchen for you to eat. Good wifi. Only 2 Minutes from Termini. Will defenitely be my first choice next time in Rome.

Overall I enjoyed this place. The guy who works there is super nice and nice to talk to, few minutes in front of the the main train station, I even got updated to room and it was clean and spacious for 1 person. Toilet also clean! Last time I was in Rome I went to a different and cheaper hostel but it was a nightmare - I could not even shower. This time I am glad to have spent more money and chosen Locanda Otello On the day I went the toilets, apart from 1 were temporary without water because they were adjusting it in the whole building. You can use the microwave, which is fine for me, but there is no cooking hot plate

Just next to roma termini station, you don't want to walk around with trolley in Rom. Friendly staff.
