Nataly's House Bed&Breakfast

The property is located in an actual typical Italian neighborhood which seemed to be a negative aspect. That quickly became the biggest asset. I was able to walk to get pizza and pastries from small shops in the area and enjoy the sunny afternoon in the garden which contributed to the non-touristy vibe. Inside the property is most beautiful and clean. Natalia is a wonderful host and very friendly. her son, Ellisio also contributed to make me feel most welcome. He hooked me up with a family friend for a personal tour of the old city. I couldn't be happier with the results of my visit there. The only downside was lack of public transportation but that is also what made it a very quiet vibe. The only sounds were the natural from everyday families in the neighborhood living their lives and nature. I was told the most of the clients were Italians with their own transportation and it was rare for a foreigner to stare there. It quickly became one of my favorite life experiences.

Natalya's is beatuifully appointed, with pretty and useful details all around. Had a hard time with communications (due to Booking.com) and she doesn't actually make a breakfast, but does set it up in readiness. She was lovely in person, and has helpful as she could be. The garden / front area was also lovely! The Shower--hot water adequate, not terrific. The Location, which I chose for its convenience to the airport, was a nice little neighborhood, and there were a few shops about. It was not accessible by public transportation however,, which was how i had planned t get there. When we got there 2 hours later than planned, I had a hard time getting in touch with N. took about an hour to get all the way into the house, which was a difficulty.

Amazing value for money. The stay was amazing, not a single problem, the location offers you everything you need and our host is just the loveliest lady, ready to help you out with anything you need. We recommend it!

It was a very comfortable place to stay with kids. Not far from Rome (but you will need a car). The place is very well cleaned and has everything that is necessary for a nice and comfortable stay. Would recommend it to families. The only thing that needs amendment is the shower but it was just a small detail. All in all a great place to stay

Cleanliness The shower was broken and there were no towels. They claimed to offer shuttle service but didn't mention there is additional charges of 70 euros. AC was not working.

Natalia was super helpful, gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation and provided gluten free breakfast for one of my family. Made us feel right at home. We flew into Rome Flumiciano airport, and spent the day at the Water park Hydramania. This property was a 10 minute taxi ride from there. Not walking distance. We left after one night to stay in Rome City, but you could easily visit Rome from here too. Excellent stay.

It was clean, organized, a nice outdoor patio, walking distance to a bus stop and grocery store. The bedrooms wall were not sound proof. Property was good but just based on auto translation reviews, it was just not what we were anticipating as far as location, further from the city and language barriers.

Nataly's house - better say flat, as it's not a house but the ground floor of a residential building - is situated very far from the centre. The description says it's only 300 m from public transports. But you will need to take your car to drive to the next metro station (Cornelia) which is a 20-min drive. You will get the recommendation for a free parking near that station but be alert as to find the right entrance because there is only a very small parking which is actually free. When booking, we had asked for a room with two single beds, which was confirmed by the owner per email. But what we got was a double bed (which we could not transform in two singles). As there are only two rooms and the other one was taken, we just had to accept as the owner only speaks Italian which makes a discussion quite complicated using translate for every word. The description says the room has its own bathroom. What it does not say clearly is that the bathroom is not in the room and that you have to walk through the shared living room to get there. Also, the bathroom is not locked from outside so that anybody could use it. The breakfast was prepared by the owner in the evening. So, there only was plastic packed food. Nothing homemade, nothing fresh as one would expect from a bed & breakfast. We even had to remind her one evening as we saw that nothing was prepared when we went to bed. She must have come in the middle of the night to prepare it. The other day everything, dirty dishes and all from the "buffet" was left there until the afternoon. Our room was near the entrance, and we had the pleasure of hearing everybody coming and going, as the entrance door to the house and the one to the terrace were very noisy. And the young girls from the other flat partied every night and came back between 2 and 5 am for then spending hours in their room laughing and chatting. It felt more like a hostel than a bed & breakfast.
