The staff was amazing and very welcoming. There is a place outside in the garden to sit and enjoy a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning. They have a bar where you can have breakfast, coffee and alcohol at decent prices. The rooms are really clean, not everything in there is new but its a clean place. The blinds will keep the light away if you want a late start in the morning. Although the place is close to the road, the noise from the cars will not bother. There is a 906 bus taking you there if you do not have a car. You can take the 906 just outside Valle Aurelia Metro station.

Needed a place to stay for one night before the flight. The staff were very nice and the place wad very clean and welcoming. It's a 15 minutes drive from the airport by car, so very convenient for that purpose. For whom who wishes to travel in Rome, if you're with a car, you can easily get to the city center.

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and everything was exceeding the expectations. The cleaning staff are doing a wonderful job. The parking is well organized. The view of the room was fantastic start of the day. The infrastructure of the place is somehow old so the hot water takes time to arrive at the shower. The air conditioner is not the usual shape, tricky to figure it out. We were unlucky to have the elevator of service on the second day but the room was on the first floor so this wasn't a big deal.

The staff were really friendly and ready to help all the time! The air conditioning is not of good quality. Also, the hot water shower takes really really long time. Overall a decent place but way too expensive for the facilities and the location being really outer. Can reduce the price significantly.

We selected this property for 1 night before an early flight out because it was easy to drive to airport. The location was great for that, not sure on how easy for Rome sightseeing. It is near major roads but behind walls and locked gate, so secure for car parking and didn't hear noise. The room was clean and basic, older in decor but all we needed. Had a small fridge. The air con wasn't effective despite being on all night, it didn't cool the small room. The shower base filled with water during shower, so possibly a drain blockage. Had to lower water pressure to avoid water flowing over shower base and also standing in a pool of water while showering.

We stayed for one night before an early flight (and after having visited the Waterpark) and found the place to be perfectly positioned and good value for this purpose. It lived up to our expectations.
