Location, clean

location was great, staff went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Room was immaculate! there was nothing I didn’t like.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good - a small selection, but exactly what I needed (coffee, pastries, eggs, bacon, vegetables, etc). The only small downside is that it is on a pedestrian street, so cars cannot stop right at the entrance. This can be a bit inconvenient with luggage, but the walk is only about 50m. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Minor inconvenience with luggage due to the pedestrian street

This hotel is in a great location for walking to all of the Rome attractions. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I have already recommended this hotel to people I know who are traveling to Rome.

Excellent location, steps from Campo di Fiori. We had a nice room off a central courtyard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the money. Can't wait to return!

The location was great, a short walk to Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona. We arrived hours before official check-in time but were able to access our room right away. Our room was clean and comfortable as well as quiet. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Nothing

Location was outstanding, a short walk to The Market at Campo Del Fiori which has all of the restaurants and shops you could want. There is also a small grocery a few doors away. Perfect! Our first room was a two story, with a small receiving area and desk/ coffee service with the bedroom and bath on the second floor. The room was comfortable but the stairs were a bit fatiguing for a couple in our 70's. We wanted to stay and extra day and booked a ground floor room with only one level which was absolutely perfect. The staff was outstanding. They switched our room seamlessly and moved our 4 bags for us. I had also left a backpack in a cab and the staff was invaluable in locating the driver, calling him and making arrangements to having the bag returned to the hotel. They were also helpful in arranging a ride to the airport for us. We would stay here again without question. The only issue was that the 2 story room was a bit much for us. It would be much more agreeable for a younger couple. We knew we booked the 2 story room so that is no fault of the hotel.

Difficult to have taxi take one to hotel because it is on a pedestrian street. Soundproofing between rooms and floors needs improvement

Location very good, easy to walk to most sites. The room was good, nothing spectacular but was clean and met our needs. Breakfast was good for a buffet.

The room was huge! We had sooo much space. And the location could not have been better! Our room had an awkward layout… stairs leading up to the room and then back down into the room. It was annoying getting our luggage in and out. And the bed was just okay comfort wise.
